Maybe you could toss a “prize” option in the mix for each finish you get to choose which piece you want to put stitches in the next week. No draw on this particular piece…strictly your choice.

Im so excited with the finishes you have. I did not expect to see Calendar Girl: August so that was a nice surprise. Hoping to see another finish🤞 As far as gridlines go, I do not have any on my projects. I will admit that the stitching method I use is very slow and it contains a lot of parked threads. I work on the very top stitches kind of like the typewriter method except I don't complete the whole row. I start working on the rows underneath only if the stitches above it are complete, which gives my projects that isosceles look. I'm excited for California Dreaming! It looks amazing! One thing you can do for next year is choose which pieces you want to see the most progress on. You can keep those out for the whole year. You can then divide the other BAPs into seasons/quarters. You will work on them for the season that they're allocated to. Any small projects that you can finish dedicate a month to finish them in. The rest of the WIPs can just fall in line.
Congratulations on your 3 finishes. They are so beautiful. It is the first time I have seen you cross off your finishes and I am sure it felt so good for you. It was very exciting for me to see you do that. I am so amazed that you can control over 325+ projects. I think you should get 365 projects and then you can do 1 a day and everything will get your love. I have 30 projects and I do 1 a day so that all of mine get touched once a month. I am retired too and you are not so I understand that. You are such a amazing woman in everything you do. Happy Stitching.

Recent subscriber here. Love the way you organize your wips! I too do cross country diagonal and on one other project I do royal rows. Have you tried RR method yet and what did you think of it? I think I prefer diagonal CC. Curious on your thoughts.

Do you have plans for how many new starts for next year, monthly, quarterly, yearly, holiday? I think you will be happier with a planned new start now and then.
I’m still fine tuning the plans, which is why I haven’t done a plans video this early for next year 😂 but yeah I will have new starts peppered in next year! If I do another year of no new starts I will end up with over 600 projects in 2026 starting all the things 🤦♀️😂
I'm not of fan of the 'No new starts or No purchasing" approach. The instant I feel restricted I rebel against the restriction. 😆 That is the biggest reason I make no stitching plans other than which project I will finish next.

I did try it but I was getting lines even with that, so I had to stop. Two of my stitchy friends also noticed it too so I know it wasn’t just me
