  • As the world becomes more geared towards technology, AI and social media, it's scary to think that people are becoming more and more disconnected from each other.
We've lost the ability to communicate with each other because we're so stuck in our own world in our own silos.
I teach communication skills not just to help you become more influential in your career, but to teach you the tools that will allow you to connect deeply with others in any situation you're in.
If you feel you're lacking deep, nourishing connection with the people around you, I'm here to encourage you to take the first step by learning how to master the ability to communicate.

I think this is a good reason why it is not appropriate for companies to study and implement making things addictive. They have made food more addictive, games more addictive, social media more addictive, candy more addictive, chemicals like cigarettes vaping and such more addictive, porn more addictive.
There is no benefit to society in letting them do this.

Let me tell you my point of view, I think there is a benefit to all of that which to make us easier to manipulate and control us.
One video on tiktok could make millions of people do the same trend, millions of people playing a single game, watching porn, etc...
I don't want to be part of these people, I want to be free with me, family and friends and everyone

To start a conversation is more difficult than scrolling in phone. However people try to avoid reality and also can't connect their emotion to others.' Atomic Habits' in this book the author told us to shut down your phone for a day of the weekend or change the password so that you could enjoy the real life and it helps us to do the productive things. So the value of communication is increasing. So thankful to you that every single day I'm learning something new and being better than before.

I'd much rather talk to someone else, By far.. but, Everyone else just prefers to scroll on their phones.
I've had technology all my life and it just isn't worth it, And most of it is a waste of time ~
Unless you're doing something productive with it, It just wastes your time!

Prophet Muhammad (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) says: "By the One in Whose Hand my soul is! you will not enter paradise until you believe and you will not believe until you love one another. Shall I tell you of something that, if you do it, you will love one another? Spread the greeting of peace among yourselves )).

I'm fully aware that we are all addicted to our phones, and I believe as a species, we're ignoring the world in which we live in and instead living on tiny screens.
Anything powerful like Phones, Television, Internet, Sex, Food, etc, is learning to have discipline with it, and I believe the way we use social media and how telephones are used today, we haven't learnt to have discipline with them yet.
That being said, I really do try to make a more conscious effort to spend less time on my phone, even if its just as simple as putting my phone in my pocket while I listen to music, instead of having it in my hand, head down, browsing memes and walking across busy roads, etc,
And I regularly schedule time to see friends & family and engage with conversation, sharing time together physically in the same space, etc.
As the song goes "Things are better when we're together" :)

I don't know how to directly respond to this and be as respectful as Vinh deserves. Hopefully just saying this small amount won't be too disrespectful: Interpreting data related to soft sciences and coming up with 'one size fits all' conclusions is, generally speaking, a dangerous practice. *Edit*: On second thought, perhaps my issue is being born into the wrong family and community and thinking that all people are that way. I have met people in recent years who do not make me more depressed than being alone. In the past such relationships were always a distraction from achieving my goals. But perhaps it is possible to both work toward my goals and have relationships with people who are not toxic to me.

Religion is an open peace an open garden which we people go toward in. It's not about a closed circle just only contribute among it. You, he, others, suggest your religion to me BUT when you're fully awake and aware and knowledged of it.
"Me" as a well undamaged person analyze it and i will reach a conclusion.
