Miso Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
¼ cup avocado oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon red miso
1 tablespoon shoyu
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon finely diced garlic
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled ginger
Directions:
For the dressing: Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Optionally: add all ingredients to a mason jar, cover with lid, and shake until well combined.
My favorite salad to use this vinaigrette includes:
Spring salad mix
Won ton chips
Honey roasted slivered almonds
Dried cranberries

I don't know if my store's asian section has unseasoned rice vinegar. if i used the seasoned, would the flavor be too strong you think? love all your content! keeps this hawaiian girl living in elko, nevada in touch with the flavors of home!!
Seasoned rice vinegar has sugar and salt. Might not need to add the honey. Just going to have to adjust as you go.
