Hi in this video you'll see how I make this 3D printed DC Brushless Motor. If you like to see a more detailed video on how to make 3d printed motor check out my channel. Thank you for watching.
@@DaProductionsDrawings Ferromagnetic materials have very little magnet properties even if there is no source that produces any magnetic field in the environment. When they enter the magnetic field, they show magnetization very quickly. These materials should be used instead of all the plastics used in the video. For example; iron.
I really enjoyed this you're amazing. Never forget magnetic motors become more efficient as you reduce size. Inductive motors become more effective as you increase size. God bless.
The feromagnetic would have been more efficient because there would be more torque. But with that scale it is pretty much impossible to make a feromagnetic core.
Where's the iron bit? I'm no engineer but there's usually an iron bit with the copper windings, don't know why it's there or what it does u just know it's there
@Oltro 15 it's 3 phase ac motor running off of 3 phase ac that comes from a inverter 🤦thats like saying my cars engine is a dinosaur engine because it runs off of dead dinosaurs.
yes, thats what the contorller, the so called ESC does. thats the thing in the yellow heatshrink in the video (note the DC supply but 3 phases). with a ser vo tester you can create a 20kHz PWM signal and by chanign the duty cycle adjust the speed. these are all off the shelf componentens thta are cheap, so you can achieve the same without coding yoursefl, there is code involved on a lower level tho.
Well I for one applaud you good man. Everyone seems to forget that it’s all about fun!!! Who cares what applications are for… it’s just a simple project… fun!!!
Yes... Really... They are pretty common in the RC world. All DC batteries and speed controllers. They make a digital signal pulsing the electromagnets on and off pulling the rotor round n round.
A magnetic sensor isn't explicitly required. The ESC hardware has the capability to detect the current orientation of motor, from the phase wires itself
Since there is no ferromagnetic material, its efficiency is low and powerless.
Please describe ferromagnetic for me if you please

Hello, may I ask what glue and applicator you use?
But sir, there should have been a ferromagnetic core tho 😆
It doesn't matter it would have less efficiency though but it would still work perfectly fine
But it will melt as the motor gets hotter

Eddy currents love this one simple trick!
Put it inside a metal ring cut out of a tube. It can explode at high RPM when the coils repel the magnets and also from centrifugal force.
I want that bearing what is size and where to buy
it's cool what you've done, i appreciate the work! But if that motor overheats, it will become messy because of the plastic (maybe)
Will connecting it to AAA batteries solve it?
Sokülemeyen yapıştırıcı kaynak gibi üretimler den kaç
Cool
Thanks
Man I loved science class!!!!

What type of engineer is most capable of making custom BLDC's? Is there a specific label?
Probably a team of mechanical and electrical, or just a mechanical who is well researched on electromagnets.
Interesting, but the devil is in the datails. It is very difficult to balance.
How is that possible when copper wire are shorting and motor start working?
It is enameled copper wire. Insulating coat/paint
Nice video
Thanks
That's an ac motor. The esc has a inverter in it than controls the Frequency to change the speed.
People call it a dc motor because thats what comes from the power source.
It does switch to ac though

But this motor is literally called brushless DC motor

Can a rf300 motor turned into a bldc?
Can you plz tell me your bearing number.... Not diameter.. bearing number.. plz
I thought you needed soft ware for brushless motors😅
Looks like just a speed controller wired in.

Only an esc which is hardware.
@@arturceller320 and runs software...
Is that 30 a esc?
Yes it is
Hello dear sir you as to let me learn right over your hands for me to understand exactly how it's as bind wire's thank I'm mr Norman Wray 😊😅
Well I for one applaud you good man. Everyone seems to forget that it’s all about fun!!! Who cares what applications are for… it’s just a simple project… fun!!!
Thank you 😊
What the size for wire please
İt is better than 5v dc motor
Hi, i need on of these. Can you make one for me if you are selling these?
Music bloooooooooows. Cool motor tho
It's like a cave man trying to make a motor. You need more book learning.
Woow
3 phase Dc.... 🤔 really
Yes... This is an brushless motor that is powered with dc power making it a dc motor.

Rpm?
if no ferromagnetic core then useless
Sensorless bldc motor

Muito plástico e pouco ferro
Smooth!
why though
😁😁😁
Horrible efficiency design
It's not dc
😂😂😂
lol bad idea
where can i order those materials
