- The Nano has been one of the best crosstraining shoes you could buy over the last decade. However, since the conclusion of the Reebok-CrossFit partnership last year, it appears that Reebok has pivoted away from their secret sauce into a broader use case - HIIT training. It doesn't make the nano X1 a bad shoe, just a different shoe. In this video, I breakdown what makes the X1 different.

Nano 8 and Nano X were amazing and I loved them and still use both. This one sounds weird .... many mixed reviews from initial users. Think Ill give it a miss.
