Today I propose to prepare a simple and delicious chicken recipe. My whole family loves this recipe. I often cook this meat instead of sausage! Chicken fillet 3 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Chicken leg 1 pc.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Chicken liver 0.5 kg.
Egg 1 pc.
Cream 10-15% 100 ml.
Cornstarch 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Paprika 0.5 tsp.
Ground coriander 0.5 tsp
Baking paper 2 pcs.
Baking molds 2 pcs.
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 50 minutes.
Tomato ketchup 2 tsp.
I put the meat in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Cover the finished meat with foil and let it cool for 3-4 hours.
Tomato ketchup 200 gr.
parsley to taste.

if you put pork roast in a deep pot and season it well fat side up. Place in 325 degree oven no lid. Cook until no longer pink. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook another thirty minutes or so. Remove from oven and your roast will be very tender and fall apart. If you want veggies add the pot before roast is done.
