I an a student, literally a student because I'm an enthusiastic learner, fond of both science related subjects and linguistic subjects and I'm actually intelligent...
Here's a list of problems that are a nightmare for me;
1. Outdated syllabus; every subject from English, Urdu, Islamiyat to Physics, Computer and Maths.... All are outdated which literally infuriates me to the core of my heart...
2. Examination System; no explanation required, you guys already know...
3. Modernization: apart from syllabus, we need to modernize the medium of delivery of education meeting the modern standards of quality...
4. finance; no explanation required...
5. Ideology of education: which I don't know fully either but majority does not even bother to think about it and just gets stuck in this race of marks, success, pathway of earning money, pathway of earning respect, pathway of earning a life partner's parent's thumbs up, blah blah blah.
Edit: Urdu, English waghera,,, I mean this linguistic racism doesn't bother me 'cuz I like angrezi more than Urdu as it is less complex mixture of 3 languages than that overly complicated mixture of 6 7 languages...
Though, I like arabic the most...

I know a senior politician namely Dr Arstoo form Narowal saying to my brother in law(being a Phd dr) in private discussion on metro bus in Rwalpindi back in 2015 that" dr sab jitne paysa hum na Metro pa lagia ha agar hum Education pa laga de to hamare bache hakoomat kiss pa kare ge"
and that arsatoo sab (Dr Ahsan Iqbal) was holding one of the key position of planning commisson in last so called government till August 2023.

The main reason why our Education is substandard is that our Government system does not honour or respect teachers. Rather they dehumanize teachers to an extreme level.
In private schools/colleges, they charge exceedingly fees from students and give lowest salaries to their teachers which is almost equivalent to their own drivers. Semi Govt institutes such as Fouji Foundation, APS etc mostly appoint some retired Army Colonel or Lt Colonel as principals who have no genuine clue of being a good educationist, and they have teachers who continously appease such principals because they are scared sh1tless of losing their jobs.
Even in Govt sectors, a 17 scale teacher is never treated as such by other govt departments. Inki maa marr jati hy agar ye ghalti se bhe teachers ko wo izzat dein jo ye apne SHO, DC , ya tehsildaar ko dete hyn, even that ye log aik police constable ko teachers se ziada respect detay hyn as if ye unke khudaa hon, aur teacher chahy 18 grade ka hi kiu na ho, ye log usse chapraasi se bhe badtar samajhte hyn. All these factors demotivate teachers to perform good and as a result they make their students rattaybaaz and call it a day leaving us with students who dont know crap about practical life.
People complain that Pakistan k halaat khrab hyn, inhe ye samajh nai aati k Pakistan tabb tak tarakki nahi kar sakta jab tak wo yaha k teachers ko wo izzat na dein jo uske achi performance k lie zaroori hy. If they cant do that, then they should not complain about the bad condition of Pakistan because your trainers are not passionate about making you sccessful anymore.
اگر تعلیمی نظام صحیح ہو تو وہ ملک دنیا پر حکمرانی کرتا ہے۔ چونک ہمارے حکمرانوں نے دنیا پر نہیں بلکہ اپنے لوگوں کو جکڑ کر اور جاھل رکھ کر ان پر حکمرانی کرنی ہے اس لیے تعلیمی نظام ایسا ہی رہے گا

I don't live in Pakistan but when I'm there what i have notice private schools are a monopoly if the government schools get some funding, that would help the families who can't afford 50k a month for one kid. Sad reality is they have no choice but to send there kids overseas. I know back in the days public education was good my mom was a government school teacher in Karachi...
