Hi Dani. I'm classified obese, there's no question about it. Age 30, height 5"2', weight 75kg. I was trying to eat low carb, lost about 4 kg in 6 weeks. Please help! I need to lose weight to prepare for pregnancy and now I've lost my period this month.

Hey , thank you for all your content. Do you think light-intensity yoga is ok during HA recovery? I am focusing on fertility yoga, I hope it doesn't backfire. I eat 2000-2500 cal a day. If somedays are slow (very few) then at least 15-1800 cal. Thanks for your help

This is something that I'll answer in a video for you! For most people, light intensity, meaning almost exclusively passive and restful yoga is A-OK. If you're going to do it you should aim for the higher end of that calorie mix.
