I'm assuming he's referring to him summoning saurus instead of simply flipping snowman. AND summoning sangan instead of simply attacking with leviar and laggia.

Just to tell you, you use miracle fusion to get Elemental Hero Shining, whose eff lets you get the banished monster's back when it's destroyed. And the hero-beat deck only has a few monsters, so using miracle fusion and Shining is like a re-usable engine. Also, Joe Giorlando is one of the best players in the game right now, because he's the most intellectual. If you don't believe it, check all the YCS tops, see what you find.

In case it was Snowman Eater I wanted to have Barbaros out as opposed to Alius in hand/Stratos on board. I mean... it was game either way so the plus one doesn't really matter. If he had Snowman set to kill Blade Armor then Stratos/Alius is a lot less viable vs. Rabbit than a 3000 attack Beast King. I see what you are saying though!
So I know this was a long time ago but for my knowledge sake, was there a particular reason why you chose not to Gem Spark the Leviair on summon?
