Not surprising that tyrone Taylor and Harrison Bader, Stearns picked additions, have been great. Its the guys before that have been issues, minus Nimmo.
Why sterns is gonna build us a winner. Eppler did well in selling off assets last off season. We have so many good pitching prospects.
If he can somehow get rid of McNiel this trade deadline thatll be amazing.

One win two loss in every series and you end the season in June!
When they said that DIAZ was unavailable to Pitch in today's Game, I at least knew the METS had a Better opportunity to Win with a Lead late in the Game.
Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. Sometimes.....it rains.
Yesterdays loss was epic. Being up that many runs and the closer comes in and gives it all up... Again!! They can't hit and the pitching been good cept for Diaz. But it's just not enough. Idk what they're going to do to become a viable winner again but it seems like we're now years away again.
I can't believe we lost 2 out of 3 to this team. If the Mets don't start some kind of winning streak, this team is not making the playoffs.

Bader is a surprise so far this year. Tyrone too. But like his first year with the Mets, Lindor creating doubters. Is he really worth $33 Million per year for a .200 BA ? Senga and Diaz have hurt any chnaces for a run to the Playoffs. If i were the manager, put Diaz on the 10 day DS for some "injury" - let him workout his pitching, tthen have him come in middle or later innings to regain some confidence - hopefully he is not back to 2021 form.
The Mets didn't win a series with a team that is 15-33! What can you expect for the remainder of the season?
The Mets are better than decent. But this is a walk year. A bit above 500, but that's it.
Hate to say it, if they're truly rebuilding with a mix of free agency, trade Alonso, Lindor and Diaz. If smart, they'll be stocked for years.
