ASMR? Caltrain F40PH "Screamer" at Platform

The 903, an F40PH without a CAT generator, uses its prime mover running at around 900 rpm to provide Headend power for the cars. This sounds like the locomotive is constantly in Run 8, resulting in an extremely loud environment and the nicknames of “screamer” or “growler”.
While waiting for boarding to commence, I figured I could “enjoy” the sound, and related temporary deafness of the 903 before it is retired. Note to self: Bring earplugs next time.
