We recently took ours from Munich to Singapore and, finally, Melbourne. Here's the thing - we probably wouldn't have made it out of the umpteen flights in tact if it hadn't been for this trusty hybrid suitcase and toddler airplane bed. Both of our long haul legs were completely full, meaning we couldn't switch seats with any friendly passengers to get extra space so the kids could lie down.

Ahhhh so cool. We would have loved this on our recent Japan trip, the leg rest we used was a nightmare, had to hook it on the seat in front etc. This one looks awesome.

Haven't ever heard of this before... We can tell your boys like being wheeled around on it! Do they have to be strapped in their seat-belt while "in bed" on the plane?
They do have to be strapped in when they are 'in bed' lol especially when the seat belt sign is on.

Oh that makes me so sad. We are about to travel with 5 kids but emirates and Turkish airlines are neither one listed on the approved list. Ahh..why?!!

Can my 4 year old use the bed?
Hi hi, it depends on how tall your 4 year old is. You could probably work it by finding the size of the airline chair seat area vs the bed box total length when set up.
Hi. Thx for the review. If the bed box has to be set up in a way that it needs use the whole leg room, would it be sturdy enough to hold up the kid?
