As a former Airhog child who hasn't owned an RC plane since this thing is awesome. I've had it for around a month now and I literally keep it in my car charged up at all times lol. Sick vid bros.
Got one for Christmas, uh, for my kids. You can turn off the gyros/flight-assist by holding the stunt button and pressing the power button on the controller. To re-engage the assist you click the stunt button again. It’s great for recovering when I lose control in un-assisted flying.
Any 2 channel is never a best plane. Get a VolantexRC 4 channel @ $65-70 with radio and free shipping and returns! Flies much better and is more durable than I thought it would be. Still flying it after 2 months.
this was total crap, trust me, i've tried, and it always just stalls, it flew good, took at least 4 crashes, but then it went terrible, the propellors would cut themselves and the front landing gear snapped, and that was all on day one.
Literally bought mine today, just started watching review videos and maybe learn some things i didnt know.. but yes. I love this. Also can we appreciate how fast the battery charges let alone how long it lasts... very good. I love mine.. just bought some slightly bigger batteries. Got some 650s with the jst plug. So we shall see if they fit. Great flying and its nice once you get used to the controls.. have fun..
Great review guys, seemed a little squirrely on the first flight, could of been the CG was off a little bit. I always tape a penny or two to the nose of these small planes, greatly improves the flight characteristics.....
I had a sky viper stunt plane but it fells it crash in some big bushes because I was flying it so fast that when I was bringing it down it went to the bushes I did not know where it went lucky I heard the beeping noise 😅After that incident I return it and stuck with drones
OK so if you put the battery as far back as you can and cut a piece of vinyl into a circle and make a cone to fit onto the top of it you can fly more efficiently in high weather.
I just bought this today but I have a few DJI drones but I do like the toy grade planes just for fun. I wonder how this stands up to wind because it reminds me of the parrot disco. It looks sick that’s for sure and that auto gyro reminds me of the Corsair p51 war bird plane that I have but I’m here to see how it works. I just paid $37 for it so I might just keep it anyway.
Havent flown mine yet but good to see what its all about before i do. 1st it seem to fly better without landing gear. as noted it seemed tail heavy but not by much. could tape a couple pennies up under the nose maybe. also read in manual if you get to far away the controller beeps fast to tell you to turn back before you are out of range. and if you lose it and not sure where the plane beeps so its easier to find. thats good. 80 bucks new is a bit steep but price will come down when they can`t sell em and need to move the product. early adopters always pay for being an early adopter. like the airhog fliers they fly best in nearly zero wind so, not good idea to fly it in windy conditions.

Y’all gotta do a Sky Viper Journey review so I know if it’s worth it or not🙏🏼🙏🏼
