In this episode I fit the PD130 Engine into the caddy. Then I start to fit the radiator and the intercooler. I made my own brackets so it would fit! Also I attempt to fit the driveshafts but watch and see the results!

Started my mk1 convertible 1.9tdi conversion 10 years ago :( had kids got a house now its stuck in garage collecting dust till i can afford to finish it lol.. will follow you so i know what to do when i come to work on it again.
Great build. Had same drama for inner CV cups... Had to re-order Audi A3 or Golf Mk3 cups, they fit perfectly.

Hey man, can you tell me wich transmisson's/gearbox axles did you use? Doing a similar project
What gearbox and driveshafts have you used also what hubs have you used
Gearbox is a 02J, hubs are the from the mk1 and driveshaft from a 16v scirroco or late cabby driveshafts with 100mm cups
