hello, will this reset remove all of the users and the local accts, so i can add a new, corrected local acct and re-pick them as administrator, or does this reset keep the current users?

@@itachu. what i did i just deleted a whole bunch of stuff that took up a lot of space and stuff i knew i didn’t need then i just reset it from there.
@@SunGld141 i couldn't reset for some reason, so i cleaned literally every thing hand by hand.... from temp files and old appdata

so this will only format my ssd drive which contains the os ? will my other drives still have all the content i had ?
It only affects the Windows drive.
Accidentally made my D:\ drive into my downloads folder, as my downloads was in my ssd and wanted everything to download to my hdd. Will resetting change everything back to how it use to be?
So what should I do if I perhaps screw up with using the cloud option and now I can't do anything but go into bios utility which I tried stuff in for hours and got nothing, or look at a pop up that just restarts my PC and sends me back right to it because it can't install windows 11 itself again
Just in case anyone else has this issue. It is likely because your motherboard has switched off secure boot which is required for windows 11.

I believe some programs do disappear. I remember restarting an Acer that I had and losing all the pre-installed apps that come with it. But, right now, I have a Lenovo and I have already restarted it and didn't lose the Lenovo Vantage App that came with it (I think the NVIDIA one also didn't disappear). So I would say it depends on the Computer and on the Apps that come with it.
@@addmad99 Can't you remove your Microsoft account from the computer? If not, I think the only way would be to manually remove each setting you chose when you set up or to reset it like in the video

Run Malwarebytes first. Select rootkit option. Scan, remove and then I'd do a reinstall.

Doesn't work for me. Comes up to a blue screen that says "choose an option". One is "troubleshoot" with like 6 options and the other is "turn off your PC"

All while your anti virus program still stinks it is safe and yet your one click away from some sort of ransomewar payload or blackmail messages that looks like they are coming from your email to you but threaten to release the cam footage if you don’t send some but coin.
And no, no amount of windows resets is gonna get rid of that malware. Only an experience hunter that can reverse engineer the flagged presses streams and try to find the code in memory and then try to write a program to attack and kill the malware.
