Exactly, it’s a very long process for the green card, my husband and I were married for a year before he got his. Some people wait 5, so if he was in it for the green card he would have to be with her for a while, if they are divorcing already there’s no way he could get a green card, especially here on a fiancé visa, he would have to go home and reapply. He just didn’t want a crazy lady tying him down, if he wanted to use her he would of buttered her head to toe to stay married lol
A divorce allows him to stay in the country but Danielle is still responsible for him for 10 years. An annulment however would get him deported. Danielle was going to file one until Mohammad begged her not to.
