I remember as a kid buying the Kiss comic book off the rack. There must have been 50+ copies there. Had I known their value today, I would have bought more than just the one I was so happy to have.
I can relate. My mother threw out thousands of dollars worth of baseball cards I had back then.

As a KISS fan and collector since '77, this hit me really strangely. 90% of the items shown are the "newer, recent" merch, and for the so-called "Kisstorian" to say it "may be one of the best in the country" just has me scratching my head. He has 2 concert posters sitting there (for "Creatures" and "Dynasty") from a company (or one just like it) that are notorious for making fakes: Dillon Stadium, Hartford, June 25, 1979--a quick internet search for KISS' tour history shows no such show for that day, but when I get home I'll double check with my tour history books; that company also sells a 1978 concert poster with the "Dynasty" artwork on it. And for the trade he offers a KISS Kruise item, regardless that if it was signed or not. I don't know, whole episode seemed bizarre to me...
Yeah, I hear ya, that's a lot of 90s til now, the real stuff is 70s for sure, 🤣🤟
Instruments are definitely cool, I caught Gene's make-up and blood smeared towel from The Creature's tour, West Palm Beach, Plasmatics opened, killer show, heard it went bankrupt shortly after this show, 🤟
@timothyvaughn8311 Nice! I saw Creatures in April of 83 at the San Francisco Civic Auditorium, Motley Crue opened. I was never lucky enough to get a towel, guitar piece, or Paul's fireman's helmet, just picks, so nice score!
That's awesome, I've never had any personal property of the members and to have this was unreal, how was you're shows attendance, mine was maybe half full, would've loved to see The Crue open, but The Plasmatics were Great, somebody hit Wendy O with a full coke in the head, she just Acted like nothing happened and continued to rock, awesome, and at West Palm Beach it's was open seating, you could go anywhere, so we went backstage and we're right behind Gene, his little dressing area, he was cleaning up and primping in the mirror, that's when he tossed us the towels, funny, now he'd charge a mint for them, well anywho, Rock On, 🤟
It's funny because this chick is a total Jesus freak. So for her to take this interview probably went against her so-called morals. Nice to see that she followed through.

im a huge KISS fan my self and got a pretty good size KISS kollection how ever OMG Blair from facts of LIfe OMG one of my child hood tv sweet hearts shes soo gorgoues and wow time has no hold on her she still is gorgoues as she was back than maybe even more soo ok sorry i blaired out my kiss kollection is more keyed to the records the music

Even though KISS had their blood drawn and poured into the red ink, the ink couldn't be used because the blood turned it brown. So the KISS blood was never used in the comic.
