@@IYellowShade It absolutely matters just like the right hand and left hand model matters but it does not turn a people that have bad aim to having good aim instantly. If you have bad crosshair placement, it does not matter which crosshair you use.
Every person have different style of shooting and controlling the spray, the biggest mistake you can make is not trying out different crosshair styles or left/right hand model or changing the distance between monitor and eyes, etc.
Don't go and start changing it every other game but have a good sample size in at least 3-4 variations and see what works for you. You'd be surprised how many players are not playing to their full potential because they got comfortable in one setting.
