Hello Hannah, I have started decluttering my home. I still have a long way to go.Since my husband passed away it’s been hard to let go but I’m getting there. A fire place would be nice in your space in the bedroom or you could display your quilts or store your blankets. Little Levi is so precious, he is growing so fast. Such a joy to see your children from time to time. I just love your sweet family. I hope you have a blessed week. 🥰♥️🦋🌹
Put your dresser in that area and then below your tv you can add a nice fireplace. Make it a feature on that wall and hang you tv on the wall above it with a nice mantel. That would look fantastic. Add some side shelves for more storage

Since the bedroom can be the heart/safe space in a good marriage, and the marriage is the basis for the family, I might suggest making that space an area dedicated to items that are important to your relationship, not the family. Photos, devotionals, whatever keeps the heart in your marriage. 😊

I decluttered my children's rooms. I had 6 bags to donate and 3 bags of stuff we were able to throw away. We need to keep going.

This episode made me miss my paternal grandmother. She used to make sweet and sour pickles (so delicious!). She did a lot of canning before she got sick and passed away a little over a year ago.
Maybe in the shelf area you could do memories. I noticed you had a memory bin, that way you can see them & put a smile on your faces everyday when you look at it. 😊🤷❤

I think an electric fireplace insert with a nice built-in that y’all can create would look really great in that space! And Levi following you around while you are working is adorable! I miss when my boys were little and followed me around like that! Now they are 20 and almost 17 and 6’3” and 6’2”!!!

You can turn your previous desk area into a “morning closet”…keurig/coffee maker…mini fridge…microwave…
You are so right about waiting on those night time orders. I do not know how many times I have received an order and say “what was I thinking” ❣️ 🤭🤪
I would make the office space in your bedroom into a reading nook with a built in bench seat at the bottom topped off with a cushion for comfort. And then I would leave the shelves above and add books to them for your own personal library. And you can add some decor items onto the shelves as well for some visual interest.

Your bedroom office used to be a closet or shelving. What about putting in adjustable shelves, and doors on the front, and using it to store extra decor, books, shoes, purses, memory boxes, etc, and free up some other storage areas in the house.

I allways keep the pan handels inwards, so my grandchildren can not reach them and get burned or spill something hot on them, so dangerous. But the handel in.

I’m a skirt and dress wearing gal myself and I’d love a little segment on your skirts i.e. what your favorite is for daily wear, comfort, working, outdoor play and outings. Enjoy your videos so much! Your home is lovely, Hannah and you have such a sweet family. I did notice something that could be so dangerous with children. One of your saucepan handles was positioned to the edge of the range instead of toward the countertop. A small child might reach for that handle, not realizing the consequences of a horrible burn. I know you’re so cautious of danger with your children and you may have moved that post video. Many blessing. 🙏🙏🙏

We use those bags for our games too. My cucumbers did great this year too! I would definitely use the nook in your master bedroom as a reading nook! Put a cozy chair, a sconce on the wall, and some shelves. Kids would love it to as special reading area or read with mom/dad time.😊

I'm sure you know this already but you only need a water bath canner for pickles. Pressure canners are for meats and low acid vegetables.

I do declutter throughout the year little by little. I need to do some more! I love the idea of a fireplace in a Master suite. I wish we had thought of it when we built our house. I think that would be the perfect niche for it.

We love the Good and the Beautiful! It's the best curriculum and we've tried quite a few over the years. My boys are now 14 & 16, but we still use the Language Arts for High School.
