Hello , for the curry powder and masala, geera .. is it actual measurements from table/ tea spoons or is it measurements from the spoons we eat with? ❤
Hi Matt - no offense, but you sound kinda young. Can I ask if you went to culinary school or just watching mom/G'ma in the kitchen :). Either way, it's all good, just curious...
Some Guyanese people actually do use green seasoning. Every household, region, village etc cooks differently and many people have adapted their cooking to fit their likes and dislikes
It is called culantro, chadon beni, recao, or bandania. It is similar tasting to cilantro but a little more potent. It is a fresh herb that tastes really good in curries.

Does the traditional Guyanese chicken curry use green seasoning? Isn’t green seasoning a Trinidadian thing?
