    Good video I think I actually had it but it's goog to hear it from someone else . there is definitely a learning curve and you just don't get it overnight.

    I bought grinder to try fabricating a jig for square ground chains. Here everyone hates on grinders, but i think it comes to user error, maybe I'll try some round grinds too!

    Interesting.
    I just purchased the Super Jolly along with a CBN wheel for .375 chain.
    In my years of using a chainsaw, I've only come across one guy that did an exceptional job grinding chain and a second that was very good. All others were fair, at best. With the information you've provided, I'm hoping to do much better than what most of these "professionals" do.

      Tilt will never harm your chain the whole idea to have 10° downward tilt is to avoid a parrot beak on your full chisel cutters. So look at the chain side on and if the cutter looks like it's got to much hook then use 10° tilt
