I was very confused on why you were so interested in cream; then I realised you were talking about crime - once I realised, it was hilarious. Scotland - the only country with an accent more confusing than New Zealand.
My dad's from Scotland but teaches electrical maths in Australia. Every time he said electrical current, the apprentices all cracked up. They have since explained that current sounds like C**t when he pronounces it 🤣😅
I would never be a Cop in America. I would never ever go there at all anyway. Not anymore. I wanted to go when I was a kid, I would not go there if you paid me now. Too much corruption and mental illness and guns available. Happy to stay right here in Queensland Australia.
Hadn't seen this one! Love Jim! Oh and in answer to your question about drug use in Australia, there was a report released last week showing that 16.5 tonnes of meth, coke and ecstasy was consumed in the 12 months to August 2023. This is based on samples collected from wastewater!
@@bernadettelanders7306 Oh? Well maybe it is all the You Tube adds drawing the energy out of our poor old computer that's the problem. Maybe we should set up a Go Fund Me for an upgraded sound system.
Good reaction 👍 I went to rewatch the original video link after watching yours, as the sound was crap on the tv, but guess what...an Aussie comedian doing a ride along with Aussie cops in Australia, isn't made available on CZcams in Australia! 😑 No I dont have a VPN anymore - cant afford.
I have a small amount of knowledge about pot in my medium sized rural town and prices have been pretty much the same for the last 20 years. We are in a climate that is great for growing so it may well be more expensive in other places where it isn't grown. In the 80s the cops would burn the pot they collected in an incinerator behind the cop shop in the main street. The Solicitor's office I worked in was directly opposite and was in a two storey building so we could watch from our windows, lol.
My mother went to school with their mother Carol and our families were friends when I was younger (mother kept in touch with Carol until her passing) - the middle brother Scott is also well off in the business world. My only memory of Jim (born Jeffrey N...was a mummies boy when a little kid) is as a small whiney kid, as I am older than their oldest brother Danny (the cop) by a year or 2. I was scared of their mother as she always seemed quick to anger. But I guess that was also because of their father. Their father was old school. One of my best memories with Danny and Scott was racing down the massive hill in front of the family home in St Ives. ;)
Theres a lot of crime in sydney all around sydney but its about all organised crime so the average person wouldnt worry about it. Aussies love about every drug lmao but UK cocaine culture is def bigger. Ever since moving to melbourne ive noticed theres a lot more petty crime like burglaries
Matt your volume of the playing clip is way to quiet. This is about the 3rd or 4th video with quiet volume. I'm older so hearing is failing so I had to max out my volume. Tried headphone, phone, tv, all bloody quiet.
It’s the New South Wales police that he’s with. Every state and territory have their own police force and then there is also the Australian Federal Police, who have different duties completely to the state and territory officers and look after drug imports, incidents at international airports involving any importation of illicit substances and immigration overstayers etc. (from memory).
Hey man, Australia has the second-highest rate of drug consumption in the world per capita. Naturally the two largest cities Melbourne (5.9M also known a lot more for its nightlife party scene) and Sydney (5.8m while having a much smaller rave/club/party scene it does have a lot of coke heads) As for crime - I have lived in both cities and it's constantly changing in terms of each city going through some serious shit. In the recent 2023 Drug Information analysis it determined from many factors (arrests/imports/purity/sewage tests) that Sydney was the Cocaine capital of Australia, however, Cocaine usage had grown significantly in Melbourne. MDMA, Heroin, and Ketamine usage all were highest in Melbourne as well as methamphetamine (Ice) however that was very closely followed by Sydney and the much smaller City Perth. Cheers
We are having a lot of issues with youth crime atm with car theft and break ins. In aboriginal communities the boredom is high hence the youth crime is high. Alice Springs in the Northern Territory whilst not huge , has a huge crime problem
There is no "never go there" area in Metropolitan Sydney, a couple of outer suburbs definitely are! As in America, there is a fashionable use of hard drugs amongst those who can afford it! Weed is freely available, I hear! Crime is relative to opportunity and need! 🧐
Australians love there weed. We’ve only just introduced medical cannabis in the last few years and since then there’s already over 2.5 million users. That’s crazy considering there’s a lot of people out there who still get street weed
Western Sydney is like the West of Melbourne, Adelaide.. um.. a bit more "working class".. The bit you see on TV is the fancy bits.. And Australia is the largest per capita drug market/users in the World.
Biggest cokeheads are Sydneysiders, even Americans say that. Not a lot of crime in Sydney compared to other global cities. Most of the crime in Sydney would be in Sydney’s west.
Like any other city, Sydney has some areas that are less safe (or, at least, more sketchy) than others. Actual gun-related violence is extremely rare, thankfully, and knives are also illegal, but s##t can still happen regardless.
Australia has a population of about 25 million & the US has about 350 million.per capita we have about the same amount.Just arnt allowed to travel into town with them lol

Jim is a bit of a dog, he once did an interview with a guy and tried to selectively edit it to make the other guy look bad. Luckily the other bloke had his own camera running and released the footage proving Jim and Comedy Central are terrible people and corporations.
