16:11 I believe you should have done a detection test when the guards moved into this space. The bodies were not hidden as Claudio just ran off. Searching and Hiding the bodies are the same action. Really enjoying your channel!
4:28 I totally understand that fear of the risk. I played the scenario yesterday for the first time and both my assassins got knocked out on this space. Scenario done. The problem is: you HAVE to go in there…
I like your videos about this game. I would love to see the future of the Brotherhood of Assassins on the board. How does the headquarters expansion mechanic work in this game? Will we have a chance to see it in practice?
This is a first but I think I would actually enjoy this more without 3D Terrain elements. I think the free standing ladders and the roof gardens look really wonky and stand out too much. The tower is amazing but if you say it blocks sight too much that's not really useful neither.
All those elements are for people like me who will inevitably convert the cardboard tiles to 3D elements. Perhaps visually it's not as efficient, but I find it helps with immersion.
Not sure if you care anymore as it's been 2 years since your comment haha @@IamKnucks but my Gf just got me the core box of this for Xmas and I'm determined to make it as 3d as possible - starting with simple paper craft glued to foam board for walls to set the rooftop tiles on, but I have lots of other ideas such as the water tiles somehow being a few inches beneath the "main/regular" floors, so I'm tinkering with an elevation system idea that will be sturdy but not overcomplicated 😅 also wanting a turntable to set it all on so all players can see everything from any direction since all the walls will inevitably block sightlines...and I'm working on other simple 3d elements like miniature props to add more ambiance & flair. I know it's not worth it to everyone who might play this game to put this much effort into a relatively short campaign, but, as I huge AC fan, this game is a decent translation of a great era of AC games & it's mechanics, so I want to do my time with it some extra justice & more appealing to others that might also consider playing... anywho just my long, rambling train of thought 😅🤌🫡

Thank you!
6:56 you also have to do a detection test for every corpse still lying there, so you should have rolled 3 dice instead of only one.
Looks fun! Thank you for the entertaining play through:-)
Glad you enjoyed :-) it's a blast

Gosh darn it! Figured I’d missed this, so went in on V-Commandos.
V-Commandos is excellent, and I haven't played with the expansions yet, past Ghost which I covered the prototype.

Not anytime soon but possibly one day, I need to dive back into the game :)
32:45 there’s no ladder so they wouldn’t have moved west.
Love the video, any idea when you posting the review of this game?
Hopefully soon, I'm deep enough into it.
I don't think you can move the crossbow men up and down onto roofs without ladders
At the end? I know....sadly I caught that in post. Wouldn't have stopped me from winning but may have stopped me from the 100% sync
Exciting to watch this played. Frustrating to know we have no idea when, where and how much more it will cost to ship pledges to all the backers.
Ya, totally hear that sorry :(
I checked back if I played this video in 2x speed but you simply played a 2 hour game in 30 minutes ^^
18:37 This Roman armour should have gone completely out of the game, you can’t keep it for future use.
This looks like a lot of fun. How does it compare to Zombicide Black Plague for you?
Very very different feel.
@@BoardGameCo in which way different, if you don't mind me asking?
Great playthrough, thanks. What do you think about multiplayer gameplay? Or do you think AC is better played as a solo game?
I'll let you know in the review, I need more multiplayer under my belt.
One like, 999 to go. I hope you like it enought 😬
Lol yep :)
How good/bad is the rule book?
Really good actually! Not without complaints, but I'll talk about it :)

Completely agreed sadly.

I really want to like this game, but it looks convoluted and over designed, but haven’t played it, I could be completely wrong.
