Around 1:20:00 you revealed a 2nd event card to determine the direction the guards would move (since the original event card had a ? for the movement direction). You aren't supposed to do this until the enemy movement phase, so you have to act during that turn without knowing which way the guards are going to move.
At 1:29:48 enemies will move, the event card text was intended to mean "if there has never been a red base on the board since the beginning of the turn". Your interpretation would have been correct if it had said "at the beginning of the turn", but it said "since the beginning of the turn." Also, just after that, the crossbowmen to the south of your red-based character (who should have moved north to engage him) would still have shot him from one square away with their crossbows.

Also, when the crossbowmen came on near the collapsing tile, I think they should have moved North and not stayed stationary because the red ring was on the collapsing tile. At 1:41:25 you used the smoke bomb but I don't think you paid a cube to use it, so you wouldn't have been able to use your last cube to complete the objective token that turn.
At 1:33:16, when a spotted character moves to a new space with no enemies in it, and goes incognito, they leave the red base in that new space (so if you don't keep moving, nearby enemies will move there and you may be detected again).
At 1:40:37 you rerolled for Claudio, but you were only allowed to do that reroll once during the turn per the event card, and you already used that for your other character, so you couldn't have tried for Claudio.
Great playthrough, fast as it should be. Your son is 100% right, you should give him the treasure chest, otherwise what your descendents would find when they will sync their memories...

The two I question are: You were not suppose to shuffle the chest cards. @27:06, @27:26. Could Alexandra hide and loot the body at the end of her turn @38:00 even though she out of action points, because of the Event card exception @35:07? Same story with all new games: too many thing to remember, especially playing solo. Over all, you did better than I would have. I really like the rule page references and the reminder tokens. All games should use this mechanic. Also, board games based of computer games don't work. This seemed to be the exception. I'll have to get this one, after completing Midarra, Senjutsu, and Roll Player Adventures. I'm currently in Middara, just completed Dank Grotto scenario. Both of the other two are now being printed and I should have them first quarter of 2022. In the meantime, I play this this game vicariously though you. 😄
