Packaging automation and automated palletizing from Right Stuff Equipment. Robotic palletizing using Fanuc Robots and master control panels to manage the entire system. This turn key integrated palletizing system uses PLCs and Master control panels to direct pallets into proper position on the empty pallet conveyor. Empty pallets move to a loading station via a chain transfer conveyor to be loaded. Once indexed into position the controller directs the robot to begin palletizing. The robot checks the pallet is in the correct position, loads a slip sheet and begins loading the first layer of product. The process continues until the pallet pattern is completed. The loaded pallet indexes out on the a full pallet conveyor that transports it to the stretch wrapper. At that time, the controller direct the automatic pallet dispenser to index a new empty pallet to the conveyor as the pallets already on the conveyor, index to the next parking position. This way, the empty pallet conveyor is always stocked and ready to provide the next pallet for the any of the robots once it calls for it.
Full pallets move through a automatic stretch wrapper, get labeled on the outside of the pallet before moving to a position in the warehouse.
