@@boota1979 Yes, we are asking farmers to have solidarity with the people of the nation, to get on board with healthy organic food production, and family sized farms. We ask them to turn against industrial farming practices: steroid hormones in pellets stapled into the ears of beef cattle, cruel and confining treatment of animals; and the Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing companies peddling pesticide and fertilizer. We are asking our farmers to turn back the clock to traditional farming like it was before industrialization, and accept a fair distribution of land in family homesteads. There can be no complicity with enemies of the people on the part of our dear farmers, who are our people, and the heartbeat of the folk. Come to the table!

But Now Listn How they deliberately Demonise China first sign of causing trouble and yet we but still from china its crazy but the ones doing this don't care about ordinary people

There is one food category that contains Everything needed for both of these processes. The only nutritionally complete “superfood”. It’s fatty meat.
You are consuming the body of another animal. A body is made out of everything needed to build a body … because it’s a body. And saturated animal fat, despite what the industry tells you, is the best source of energy for your body.

Eggs are more than good, they are a superfood! You have to source organic free range eggs where the chickens eat grass, insects and other nutrients in nature.
As well as protein and good cholesterol eggs also contain Choline.
Choline is essential for a range of reasons, including: Helping to create and maintain healthy cells. Helping liver function and cholesterol transport in the body. Helping produce acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter that is needed for muscle control.
A single large boiled egg also contains: Vitamin A: 8% of the DV (daily value) Folate: 6% of the DV Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5): 14% of the DV Vitamin B12: 23% of the DV Riboflavin (vitamin B2): 20% of the DV Phosphorus: 7% of the DV Selenium: 28% of the DV Eggs also contain decent amounts of vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B6, calcium, and zinc.
No wonder Edwina Curry tried to poison our minds against eggs with the salmonella scare, I still ate the eggs because I knew it was a lie 30 years ago!
Today there are only three companies worldwide that manufacture egg boxes, and two of them are not producing, so we only have one manufacturer in the world producing cardboard egg boxes in which they are transported to the market.
Don't beLIEve the propaganda about cholesterol in eggs, they are a superfood and an essential part of a healthy lifestyle
.Cholesterol is vital for good health, they lied to you about that as well. Low cholesterol is more dangerous than high cholesterol. The liver produces 70% of our total cholesterol, it's that bad for us lol. Every cell in in the body is a third cholesterol, our brains are 60% cholesterol, cholesterol protects our cell membranes.
Lower the cholesterol then our brains are more susceptible to Dementia, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, Alzheimer's has gone up by 70% in the last few years. Low fat foods are genocide.
In order to stay alive in today's world it would be prudent to do the exact opposite of whatever the government is telling you to do.

the problem is , is that if everyone woke up to real food we would all starve. There simply is not enough in UK to feed us all. All by design. We spend most of our income now on the good stuff. No holidays , never fast food or takeaways. If everyone did what we did then there would be nothing left. How do we start to produce good for all.

The planet is grossly overpopulated with humans, and there is NO WAY there will be enough fertile agricultural land to provide a vegetarian diet for 12 billion people. There are many environmental tipping points coming after 2030, and there will no doubt be a population correction as well.

The environment and weather in Britain breeds obesity, when it’s grey and rainy and cold for most of the year, people stay home comfort eating because of depression caused by lack of sunlight and therefore lack of physical activity! Of course the weather is being manipulated via geoengineering, they want to destroy the economy and the farmers land.
