For the out of bounds exploit on red team there actually was another further out spot you could reach.
You needed to get on top of the snowy house near the death pit and jump over the fence into the pit. Because the killbox is only under the part you can actually normally reach, you can actually walk around it and get out of bounds. Just crouch under the invisible ceiling and walk into the rock near the map's skybox to clip out
You might be able to still do this on a singleplayer server with noclip to get back to the out-of-bounds spot showed in the video, but i cant confirm if it was patched or not

Sorry if this comment is long, but for an important reason. Delfy, valve wasn’t the one that fixed these exploits in the video. Frosty is a community map and not a valve map. Valve didn’t make Frosty and it was made by steam user Electrosheep. So it was him that fixed these. Not valve. If you connect to a map in casual mode that says in your loading screen “a community map made by” and then whatever player name it says after that, then that means it’s not a valve map and every exploit on the map will not be fixed by valve but by whatever name of the player it says in your loading screen. But if you connect to a map in casual mode that just shows your top duel wins, then that means it’s a valve map and valve will fix the bugs on the map. Plus, we don’t get new maps made by valve anymore. The last valve map we ever got was the attack defend map Mercenary Park for the last major update of tf2 known as the Jungle Inferno update from 2017. So now it’s entirely in the community’s hands when it comes to making new maps, cosmetics, taunts, and unusuals.
we all know this. But valve has to still compile these fixes from many users. This process would have taken weeks before valve arsed around to do the compilation and it was relatively quick this time around

Idk if this counts as an exploit or not but on rumford you can do a troll with a mini (or normal sentry) in the big bush on blu side on the right spawn door. I call it the bushmens buddy. or the vietnam sentry. You can do both Blu and Red for it

These tele in spawn exploits are on purpose by the map creators. I refuse to believe that they thought people wouldn't try to place tele exits in spawn.

On the red side you went behind the fence in that area you could comb on the roof overlooking the centre of the map and fire sentries at everyone. If you feel off into the void you could then walk along the edge of the void and fall under the map and build under the entire map.
