We are with freetobook and with all the add-ons we need to run our business it is only $16 dollars per month for our 4 listings - total cost. We have trouble justifying the other PMS providers' cost for a few more bells and whistles.
Hi Daniel, Thank you for your videos which are very interesting. I’ve been looking for a PMS like Guesty, Hostfully and Lodgify and because of the prices and the functionality am about to go with Hostfully but what would be your recommendation? I manage 4 houses with 5 rooms each and one studio in a hotel in between Cancun and Riviera Maya, Mexico. Also I’m trying to grow and have two or three houses in the pipeline for the next three months and the 1st objective is to get 20 this year and continue growing with houses that generate at least USD 15k per year.

One big thing I'm thinking about is that Hostaway gets the guests' actual email addresses, which can then be used in the future for direct marketing. At least that's what they say! I haven't found anyone else yet that says that, but I'm looking!
@@OptimizeMyAirbnb Also, Hostaway supposedly makes all your pages on all the channels. I don't know if that's true or they do a good job or other PMS's do it, but that time savings could be worth the up front fee.
@@OptimizeMyAirbnb Hi, I just had a demo with hostfully and they told me that they can't send messages to the vrbo platform. SMS and email only. They can send them to Airbnb. Soon ( next week)you can also send them to Booking but no now

the price has changed substantially since this was made. It is now $119 per month (for up to 5 proprties) or a 10% discount for annual payment

Do you think a PMS system is necessary when you only have 1 airbnb and are onsite?
Yes, to automated messaging at the very least. You woudn't need a robust PMS.

They can be automated direclty via chats to the platforms
