I am interested in learning more about Intellihost. Could you briefly explain the key differences between Intellihost and its competitors, Guesty,Airdna, Hostfully, Lodgify , etc? keep up the good work
Good video & interesting software. I think putting a photo of your high speed internet is actually a good idea. You can pretty much assume guests don't know anything about your listing except what they saw in the photos. If you consider that fact in every listing you create you'll have better listings. Also, why answer questions over messages when you can answer it in a photo? I want 99% automation.
If you are using price labs and don't want to charge a cleaning fee as you mentioned, how do you build that into your pricing with the daily fluctuations?
You factor that in when calculation your minimum price. Remember that it is not what you would like to charge, and it is not the base price. Instead, it is the price you would begrudgingly take if the alternative is no reservation.
@@OptimizeMyAirbnb do you have suggestion on how to check, or what to look into, to see if this strategy would work in my market too? (a part from just trying it, and see yourself kind of approach :D)
If you're thinking of investing in an Airbnb, make sure you know this process⬇ czcams.com/video/lr8to3rM1os/video.html

You just named a bunch of companies, but not necessarily competitors (: I have videos on all of them is the good news.
They are all in the space, but none of them are specifically for Airbnb Listing Optimization persay.

I recommend putting the wifi speed in the title, easier to see.
FYI - Predictive Pricing now uses remaining click volume, not total to calculate likelihood of getting booked!
Thanks for the update! That's great

Just signed up for Intellihost. Taking tons of notes.
How was the sign up process?
On one night versus 2 night minimum, I was told making it 1 night could make it more likely someone books a party. Thoughts on this?
It's preferable to have a one night minimum. There are other strategies besides hurting your business to dissuade parties
Ciao Danny, may I kindly ask you yhy you do not charge cleaning fees? And, why you offer cleaning on a daily basis? Thanks
this is a hyper local strategy that works for me in my market
