Much better build quality than most, but it's also twice the price of the budget options on the market. If you prefer to spend more and get better quality, this would be a great option. Also, for those wanting to connect batteries in parallel or in series, and don't want them to get out of balance, this design may, or may not, address those concerns.

I love the serious increase in quality of these Goldenmates. Hopefully I can get a few to do a real world test and run on. I have a preference now for the cylindrical cells for building with.
@@BradCagle Thanks Brad, I like that they have stepped it up in engineering and use the Cylindrical cells. I have less problems with those made into mega batteries than I do the prismatic. A battery fail in the round cell is less than in the others.
Of all the inexpensive batteries you have tested and reviewed, which one would you rate as the best. I do like the blue tooth version of this one but Amazon has it listed as currently unavailable. Really like your reviews.
This Orion 1000 is a really nice battery. One of my faves is the cyclenbatt 100Ah mini if you don't need the BlueTooth/Screen. Mega low cost amzn.to/46GTBR6
