A new "one take" video!
As you know I don't overdub or correct this kind of vid.
I simply publish the take straight like it was recorded, with all the imperfections and mistakes.
I used my own preset for AmpliTube 5.
Guitar used is my Ferrari Red Special.

JOYO question: when using this pedal, use the pedal's EQ settings in place of my VOX 30 VRs? Or vice versa? I'm using RS replica w/Burns pickups - Deluxe TB - Yoyo - Vox VR w/ bass EQ maxed and Tone half.
Set the amp to make it very clear and flat...like I do on my review of that pedal and set the pedal like I did.
It should be at least a good starting point.

Quando abbassi il volume devi anche essere più delicato nella pennata.
@@MarcoGDiMarco Grazie mille per l'indicazione specifica (logaritmico) che provvederó a sostituire 👍👍 per la plettrata sono in pratica costante con il sixpence, it's a long way, ma poco a poco escono fuori cose interessanti

great cover, always suprised how close you sound to brian may, almost indistinguishable from him, could you do a review on the vox valvetronix/cambridge amps since you have already done a cover on the mv50 and i want to see how good they really are for the brian may tone.

@@MarcoGDiMarco il disco a livello di qualità del suono non è proprio top, ma la versione contenuta in Live Killers è bellissima. A livello di scaletta quel disco contiene il periodo che preferisco dei Queen.. non che non mi piacciano i Queen anni 80, i dischi a cui sono più affezionato sono A Kind Of Magic, The Miracle ed Innuendo, ma gli anni 70 sono un'altra cosa 😀

Sentito dal vivo su due AC30 è qualcosa di impressionante.
@@MarcoGDiMarco ovviamente io con un semplice chorus small clone Electro Harmonix non riesco ad arrivare a ripulire il distorto in quella maniera.
Sul pulito si ottiene un bell'effetto, ma il distorto lo rende troppo tagliente e fastidioso.
Naturalmente lo uso in maniera totalmente diversa, direttamente in serie con gli altri pedali e nell'IN del mio Fender Deville
@@albertomarzani3216 Il distorto si ripulisce grazie al TB.
La distorsione in ambito Brian May è gestita come si usava una volta, prima che esistessero i distorsori a pedale.
Sostanzialmente il suono è distorto perché l'ampli è in saturazione.
L'AC30 infatti è sul canale Normal (pulito) che al massimo va in saturazione, quindi distorce.
Il Treble Booster enfatizza certe frequenze e porta l'ampli oltre il limite generando una distorsione cremosa e presente.
Quando si abbassa il volume della chitarra viene inviato meno segnale all'ingresso dell'ampli, quindi non si genera più distorsione...ed il suono si pulisce.
Il Chorus, in questo caso, serve solo per dividere il segnare su due ampli e renderlo "ampio".

Quello che controllo in continuazione è il volume.
Col volume riesco a controllare il gain generale del rig.
Se abbasso diventa pulito, se tengo alto distorce.
