It is get on the train girl i did the 5 dollars challenge and any bills it surely add up at the end of the yr saved a good 2000 since 2019 now i started over u can do it would have probably saved more but had to keep dipping in due to pandemic but overall i was still able to save a good amount thank God
@@roxannescott6956 that’s amazing I would love to do a couple challenges to save up a little over 6k to pay off this credit card 😩 the only debt I have and I’m so tired of it because paying the minimum amount is killing me in interest. If I can pay that off this year I’d be so happy

I did a similar challenge I just got a box of 100 envelopes and filled each of them with 20$ bills. I was able to save 2000$.

@Anastasia Mia Emergency fund is so important! Most people get in debt because they don't have an emergency fund and are forced to take a loan out to cover an emergency expense.
I always tell people it's best and more profitable to trade their coins rather than store them waiting for a rise in the market.

I've been saving a lot more money on the $10 challenge on one video $5 challenge and it just teaching me to be more proactive and just watch how I spend my money if I don't have to spend it don't spend it I really appreciate your show I watch you show all the time I try to share it with my friends so they can watch it keep up to go to work thanks a lot

THIS CHALLENGE STARTED ON 9/20-1/7 (MY BDAY)
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SAVE ANY DOLLAR BILL FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME FOR EXAMPLE MY CHALLENGE WAS A 4 MONTH UPDATE SAVING ONLY $20 BILLS
I usually put at least $160 away bi-weekly and continue to add anything I can from there using only $20 bills (you can use whatever bill you would like)
Please understand I usually take on more than one challenge per year because I enjoy the experience and I have been trying new techniques electronically to help those who are more of the “I don’t keep or have cash on me” type of people.

I saved $5 bills last two years. This year I'm going to save $10 bills. However after training myself not to spend $5 bills for past two years, I'm finding it difficult to spend them now! 🤣 So I'm saving $10 AND $5 bills for 2021. 😁

@@Alimaway altogether it was over $3000 in two years. I had to dip into it last year 2020 for emergency. But it's amazing how fast it can add up and you really don't miss $5 here and there. Are you going to try it this year? You can start anytime! 😁

There are variations to this video. I contribute 10 percent of everything I bring in (including odd jobs). This goes into my savings account online, and I invest some of that over time. I save all my 5 dollar bills too in a fire resistant box. I have not saved a bunch of 20 dollar bills as the woman has done in the video.
