Hi, Leeor. My grandpa passed away a week ago. He was a parent and a grandparent and a best friend all in one person for me. Before this happened, I was really avoidant of others from feeling so hurt in the past, but I always remained incredibly close to my grandpa. He was the best person I knew and now his physical body is gone. But I feel his spirit within me really strongly now in each moment. I guess this has made me realize how distant and avoidant I've been throughout my life. I realize now how crucial it is to open my heart and to learn to let people in again because I have been so so closed off from everyone for the past decade or so. For anyone else who has recently lost a parent or a grandparent, this feels like a time to really open the heart and let other people love you, and to know that it's okay to cry. For anyone who maybe hasn't experienced loss, I cannot stress enough how important it is to ask the right questions, to cherish the time spent together, and to maybe even write down the experiences and stories that your loved ones share with you. You never know if you're going to forget important details about the life someone has lived until they pass.

My intention for this season is to finally let go. I am letting go of the people that are no longer meant to be in my life. This spring is all about finding myself and freeing myself from codependency. I am letting go of people places and things that no longer serve my divine purpose. I definitely already feel the new energy coming and it’s so accurate that you said that creative pursuits are arising from within us. Around 3 weeks ago I decided to drop out of my Masters degree to go back to the music school I used to go, I used to be very creative and very artistic but I got lost in the corporate world, studying something I don’t want to in order to get a high rank job. I realised that I lost all my creativity I used to be so joyful and I was exhausted with trying to prove myself to others. Took a decision to just drop out of uni for the time being and continue to go to my music classes that I used to go for seven years. My teachers all were so happy to see me again and I already have so much progress after taking a long break of 5 years… I am going to have a concert soon and I’m going to sing an opera piece in front of many people! ❤ i’m so excited and it brings me life it makes me feel alive. It makes me want to love myself endlessly.

Wow I feel so validated, everything you said I could relate to my choices this week. I did put myself out there and reactivated my channel, I gave myself to post a DJ mix per day on my channel and for once I am not second guessing myself. The biggest part of this equinox for me was to dive in a lot of meditations for 3 days and recalibrate my emotions patterns within me. I reprogrammed myself to love myself --- which is big, I did not realise before that myself love was not unconditional.

I realized that I have to take responsibility for my own happiness. Switched to a somatic therapist, doing lots of nervous system work for what is actually childhood CPTSD and not bipolar-2 as I was misdiagnosed 2 years ago (I also stopped taking my mood stabilizer since I didn't feel like it was helping). It's been daunting feeling THROUGH the pain even more intentionally to heal, sometimes it feels like it will never end... but at the same time I know that only by doing this will I create the life of my wildest dreams.
