For real the video is solid, but the tutorial area has got to be the worst place in the game to get fps numbers from since it’s the generally the most curated, and benchmarks not in town are not useful for CPU benchmarking

Ngl. This game actually seems to do better on 4070ti at 4K than i expected. 40fps native, 60 with dlss set to quality. I'd say for what is mainly a 1440p GPU this is doing well at 4K for this game. The performance at 1440p falls a little short of where I'd like to to. Maybe with my CPU it'll hit a tiny bit higher, but I'd at least like to be able to run 100+ fps.

@@challenger516 At 4K on a 4070ti? I'd say that's acceptable if you want to play at 4k with that set up, considering there are games that run worse than that on that GPU at 4k. I play at 1440p because that's what my monitor supports. And I like playing at higher frames over playing 4k
@@challenger516on a 4070 I still get 55-60fps in towns (3440x1440),... but it feels like 20fps cause it stutters like mad. 5800X3D just isn't fast enough.
How's this rig if you only want to play modern games on Ultra settings at 1080p? Like will I get guaranteed 60-100+ FPS? Also the computer I was going to get is 32GB DDR5 RAM too.
as someone who uses 1440p I am glad the performance is good. i expected the gpu to struggle.
Resident Evil 2 looks/looked great, ran great, same with Monster Hunter World, Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Village (after patch).... Street Fighter 6, ultra smooth, looks good, what happened to Capcom??

Im aware of the bottle neck but the game really isnt running all that well for me, is it because of the cpu?
Make sure that Image Quality is set to 5 (equal to 100%).
5600X 'should' be fine for it (assuming you have 32gb of RAM also) - wait for them to patch and you'll find it probably runs much better.
The image qualitty settings should be all the way to the right
the middle is 100% and completely right means 200% resolution scale.
The slider is for resolution scale. If playing on 4K, dragging it to the right would essentialy render game in 8K
I've seen there are mods to improve performance
I run cyberpunk with path tracing at 4K with 4070 Ti and got average 50-60 fps, so no wonder if 4070 Ti can do more in DD 2.

@@LeaveMyGunprobably. But the 4070ti isn’t made for 4K. Cyberpunk plays and looks perfectly at 1440p

Ye me too 5800x3d 6800xt and i run 110fps RT off... Its just the ppl with ryzen 3600 or 10600k crying or ppl with 8gb vram gpu or like rx6600. Cant fanthom theyr hardware is 5 year old already.
Nah man i got a 5800x3d and a 6950xt and this shit runs below 50 at places further down the map. So its between 100-43 fps at times.

Mine is 12400f + 4070ti. I play on 1440p max settings limit to 60 FPS and the game runs fine.

Terrible video. A broken toaster can get 100+ FPS in this area. Benchmark it in the capital city.
