- Hara bhara kebab- Winter special❄️
While I get my hands on luscious green vegetables, I love making these hara bhara kebabs that are loved by all!
Ingredients I used:
- 3 cups/ 300g spinach leaves
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 to 3 green chillies
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic (same quantity as ginger)
- water (if needed)
- 2 grated boiled potatoes
- 1/4 cup grated paneer
- salt
- bread crumbs (as needed for binding)
- 1/2 to 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin power
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- oil for frying
