What I love about this-"People are concerned about you"-that line indicates that Pepper, Rhodey, and Happy all probably talk about Tony with each other.
That, and the fact Rhodey asks when the last time he got a good night sleep was makes me think that pepper and happy asked Rhodey to talk to Tony about it.
I have never seen a more realistic depiction of a panic attack.
1:48 - starts off slow, he starts to feel tense, flushed.
1:56 - begins to escalate, he realizes he's making a bit of a scene so he tries to calm down.
2:01 - it doesn't work as he's now causing concern, he knows he's the center of attention.
2:05 - now it's full blown, he thinks he's having a heart attack or aneurysm. Every fiber of his being is screaming at him to run away, get somewhere safe where he can be away from people.
2:21 - "Check the heart, check the- check the... is it the brain?" RDJ's acting for that line is the cherry on top. Absolutely perfect.
His heart is already severely compromised, and previous experience with Wanda has shown him that it doesn't take much for a person with the right set of abilities to mess with a person's brain.

Over quarantine my sleep schedule was dead. I played all night and slept what I could during the day. Ended up with a panic attack and a trip to the ER. Sleep is no joke, and this scene definitely reminds me of the terror you get when you get an attack. Honestly felt like I was going to die, it's the scariest feeling.
I had a panic attack once, it might have been a heart attack too idk but I totally felt like I was gonna die. It changes you, you stop caring so much

Aaaand the last time we see the mark 7. I miss Iron Man and I miss when his suits were weighted and felt as though they were metallic with every noise they made. Even just the noises it makes when he kneels down and his knee and fist hit the pavement, *chefs kiss.*

It’s the extra thrusters so he doesn’t need to rely on the flight stabilizers in his hands. It also has added resistance flaps and on both shoulders mini bombs

This movie was dumb on so many levels even this scene doesn't make sense. Tony is literally the richest person on the planet and he is eating at some random diner, while NOBODY (besides the kids) bothers him for authographs or selfies or w/e.
Just because he’s rich he can’t eat in regular restaurant. Also, people know Stark and pretty open to the public.
