@@SS-gt8sy Yes, i agree. Because everyone have different spice tolerance levels, across the glove. Japanese, Americans, Koreans, etc won't be able to eat authentic Indian food because, their own food has extremely low level of spice. They'd get sick. And we Indians will feel like food from certain countries are bland, so they make it Indo-chinese, Indo-Korean, etc, to suit our palate. Even our burgers aren't the authentic recipe (original version). Imo it's not a bad thing.

@@ranibhosale6028 I mean no offence but you lack knowledge of Indian food history. when arabs invaded India they liked Indian food a lot so along with all the gold, jewels and women they took Indian cooks also along with them but after those cooks died these people cooked pulav differently so the difference is this - "when plain white boiled rice are layered with meat curry" this is their version of pulav and that is why even today all over muslim part of the world they cook pulav like this but till this day call it pulav but when this version of pulav came to India, muslims of India gave a different name to it which is biryani becoz Indians already had their original recipe....but i hope you know that originally pulav is an Indian recipe so original recipe has rice cooking along with the meat curry in the same pan but in biryani plain boiled rice are layered with the meat curry and HERE in this video SEE CAREFULLY all rice are of same colour no plain boiled white rice can be seen so that means it was cooked together in the same pan so therefore it is pulav not biryani. try to to know the history becoz it is our responsibility to protect our heritage so we should not let anyone give a foreign name and credit to our cuisine. muslims were introduced to rice after they came to India and rice was never muslim food becoz desert never had rice growing wheareas basmati rice is a native crop of India. pulav is a hindi word which comes from the Sanskrit word - "Purnakulam"....hope you understand. no offence.

No no i am not telling I know but still the Biriyani outside of our country should atleast have a little bit of resemblance and same with taste, but that's totally fried rice no matter how much u look like , u should try it out in any authentic Indian mughlai restraunt if u have there in Japan and should order "Hyderabadi Biriyani " and " Kolkata style dum Biryani" those are the most authentic and tastiest Biriyani ull ever have😋trust me , and I tried Japanese food on my trip to Thailand and Singapore, I like the mochi very much and I couldn't eat Sushi as Raw meat and fish were inside, we Indians don't eat beef or pork and Raw so here we can't enjoy authentic Asian cruisines as much as Indian food is loved and compatible in other countries as we eat fully cooked meals with restricted non veg items

India has short rice , and fat rice too , all types of rice . Many prefer basmati rice for biryani and it's sometimes available outside India in malls.

The rice in general in India is a short & small. The Basmati Rice is bigger & longer. Basmati Rice has got a patent. Basmati rice is expensive and delicious to eat.
