Like…. Just like the house, love douglasville… the mater bedroom doesn’t look all that much different from the others, I’d see myself making many Reno’s especially the master bath…
What would you change up ?
@@YourAgentAndy * thanks for asking - the kitchen would get a new suite to include a double oven, the master bath would get jetted tub for wifey and rainshower multiple moen faucets... thts just to start.. lol
I'm a big fall of rainshowers, not so much the double oven as I am used to microwaves but a doubleoven does look very nice in most kitches, you have good taste !
Looks too small for 300k, but still might work since every where else is expensive. Might have been worth it if there was no HOA
