5 beds at 1700 square feet? I guess that buyer can get more roommates in there to pay that mortgage and insurance that way. My last place was 3/2 at 1200 square feet, and it was cramped and depressing for the same price. I bought an rv a couple months ago, and it feels about the same to stay in, but for 30% of the price, and with a much better view. Real estate agents are making a living, so i dont fault them. Some will cut the weeds and paint etc. themselves. For 300k+ people should have their dream home, not some old renovated starter home that originally cost under 75k to build. Those mortgages dont go away, and the succers that buy them will have made their entire futures horrible for themselves. If the economy or housing market pulls back, they will be bankrupted easily, and the banks will keep every penny and the home. Thats why banks sell mortgages in the first place specifically. The odds are against you under the best circumstances.

Hey Andy, So this is not really a bad home, Its just the $30,000, That's bothering me.Most buyers don't even have $5,000-$10,000 let alone $30,000. Probably the sellers were asking too much, To Sale, And that's where the MADE this into a Rental $1800.00. Something doesn't sound right about this one, Plus it also depends on how long have the seller stayed in the house. How much equity is on the home. I don't like rent to own, Plus what was the value of the home, When they first put it on the market, LET the Buyers Beware!

Hi Andy, I loved this Perfect Home. It's not big or small. Loved the archway as you come in the living room. I would have replaced the fireplace with electric. Loved that kitchen, And the Stainless steel appliances. I would have put epoxy on the garage floor. Very Nice Home, Price not bad at all, Andy great Video👍
