Most people did back then, mainly the people who didn’t were high royalty like the monarch showed earlier in the film, but realistically back then, they would be on those ships for months and months without any wash, only water not being in the ocean was usually saved for drinking/cooking. You gotta remember this is like the 15-1600s, it’s not that simple to just take a shower. The others arnt as dirty cause they didn’t spend most their lives as a pirate at sea, but part of his majesty’s navy, living in obviously better and more cleaner environment
