I was just delighted that LeClerc won in his home town.
I am not a formula one driver but if i got pole on that track, even i would be able to win especially if there were no pit stops needed, its a joke of track actually!!!

You are becoming a bit of a celebrity yourself, Kym, and I understand why; you are just a nice, genius guy. If you watched the ceremony last week, for example, you also see him live on TV taking pictures straight into Max's face after his win, so he knows how to get to the front row as well. I think he stood in between Max's manager and Marko
Ricciardo and others live in Fontvieille, where the stadium and big Carrefour is located, and this is a less expensive part of Monaco (all on reclaimed land built in the 1980s). LeClerc lives up in the Exotic Gardens neighborhood. Nico Rosberg and other top celebrities live in the building on the beach next to the LeMeridian hotel on Avenue Princess Grace. I heard Verstappen is buying a place on the new MareTerra development being built on reclaimed land at Anse du Portier by the Japanese Garden.
One year (before my F1 interests peaked) I happened to book a weekend in Nice without realising it was Monaca GP week.
Took a local bus with my girlfriend to Monaco from Nice along the coast for about an hour, enjoyed the fanzone (was a Friday however), caught some practice, bus home. All very affordable 😂😂

I had the distinct and rare pleasure of receiving an unsolicited email from HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, back on Jun 28, 2021, 9:27 PM. In it he just told me that he does a lot of charity work and that it is important to donate to the less fortunate and also that he has been doing this kind of work since he was 16 years old. I did reply to his email but - as I have later found out - all the incoming emails are screened by a lady and obviously did not find my reply worthy enough to pass it on to His Serene Highness. So, that is my story of Monaco!

One question, how are the legal rights around profiting on those photos?
I remember my numerous trips to the Monaco Grand Prix in particular one organised To have me on the American Express black card yacht
The previous days I have been in the Ghia suite and the Churchill room at the top of the climb to casino
But the American Express yacht was let’s say exceptional it’s great marketing and it’s great networking but my god you can’t see the race at all
And I love Formula One so back to to the Garnier suite for me at casino Square great viewing real people having real fun who loved Formula One

Carlos driving for Williams next year makes sense. Sargent will likely lose his seat to Carlos. Unfortunate for Sargent but his time in F1 so far has been extremely underwhelming.
It would be wonderful if one of the wealthy people would allow you to see what it's like for them.
It's hard to believe that there are that many wealthy people, but after having dinner with one years ago, it doesn't surprise me.
Surprised Carlos is in advanced talks with Williams when he has an offer on the table from Audi.
Surely Audi is the better project long term, and in the short term I don’t see much difference in performance levels between Williams and Sauber.
I’d understand if he was looking to take a short term deal with a better team like RB or Merc (if offered), but Williams doesn’t make sense to me in light of the Audi offer.

Kym, do you hear of an increase in crime during the Monaco GP? Pick pocketing, watch stealing etc? I imagine with the abundance of wealth on show it would draw an unsavoury element to the place.
Monaco has a mega police force, CCTV everywhere and virtually zero crime. That’s why the bling is on show.
