In the x axis install part it’s stated drill and tap hole should be same size as screw? I hope they don’t drill and tap like this for real…
Why measure the reader mounting when you can punch through for location on the x?

If Headcase owned a milling machine, he'd know that you have to drill and tap holes in order to mount a dro.
