    Life can be tough sometimes but I always like to think the worse your day is the better you will sleep with this video playing , the next day I wake up I feel refreshed not drained. If you are struggling to sleep I suggest listening to videos like this or snuggling with a cold pillow ( your body temp will heat it up)- if you are a person that just needs the feeling of somebody being there for you. I love you ❤

    I want to take time to thank you for helping others relax. My anxiety has been building up due to finding out I have an auto immune disease that turns out to be fibromyalgia. The pain at night and constant worry about why the pain won’t go away is dreadful. However, being able to find natural ways to realize stress is a blessing. You making this is a blessing for me.     Thank you soooooo much, for the first time in my life, I was able to fall asleep naturally without even realising it. Listening to your gentle voice, by the way did anyone ever mention you sound like Rene Zellwegger the famous US actress, anyway I just dropped of to sleep. It was like magic. I have had insomnia for a long time and can't remember the last time when I naturally went off to sleep. Lots of health issues have taken over my life due to in part stress and lack of sleep. Thankfully with your help, I am hopeful I can start the journey of recovery. A million thanks from me, Sara in UK.

    Useful vidéo. I really appreciate it as your voice is soft and you do not speak too fast (I am french and I sometimes have difficulties to follow somebody who speaks too quickly). However, it's a shame that your talking does not last longer as it helps me fall asleep.... Thanks anyway, that was cool....

I encourage you to listen a few more times now that your mind has already heard this recording and knows what to expect. Repetition helps the mind and body to relax more quickly, and I think you will find that with time, you fall asleep before the words have ended.

    Nikki! I’ve been listening to your meditations for a while now and It’s become a daily practice. Last night I started to experience intense anxiety and I knew I had to listen to your “life favors the fearless” meditation and then I followed with this and was actually able to fall back asleep. I woke up feeling more peaceful, calm, and positive. I’m leaning into trusting that everything will work out for me. Thank you so incredibly much.
