"Speak and act respectfully", "No talking when I am talking." , etc. If anybody talks when I talk, I stop talking and wait until they are quiet or say, "Hey, no talking" :-)

We didn’t need anyone to tell us to study, because not only we wanted to make pur parents proud, but we knew that education was the way to get ahead in life , to and get good jobs/ careers etc. Dedication to all our parents for their hard work in raising us, even though some of them were very dramatic at time!😂
Indeed we are all been given talents, according to Matthew 25:14-30. Some of use them to the fullest, while some of us let them dormant.
