so many men keep saying that women get one husband because apparently, we don't desire men. It's so hilarious that men apparently know what women desire most and believe that we are SO DIFFERENT from them. you're in an ILLUSION. women and men have extremely similar desires. please.

Whoever created us knows our desires. Allah will please believing men and women in heaven. Be it is Hoor, Galman, female, male, shopping, beauty, wine, stress-free life, wealth, luxuries, friends, you will have it. Everybody's preferences can be different. Allah said He will please us and that should be enough for us. Some stuffs mentioned in Quran are just a little hints for our encouragement. Serve Allah in this world, Allah will serve you in Jannah. 😊

According to Maulana Umar Ahmed Usmani, it is a misconception that hurun means the females of paradise who will be reserved for good men. He says that ‘hur’ or ‘hurun’ is the plural of both ‘ahwaro’, which is the masculine form as well as ‘haurao’, which is feminine. It means both pure males and pure females. He says that basically the word ‘hurun’ means white.
‘Alhawarriyat’ means the women of the towns and cities who are comparatively fairer. The word ‘al-hawariyyun’ has also been used in the Quran to refer to the disciples of Jesus, who used to wash clothes white. By whiteness here is also meant the purity of their personalities or souls.
Another word in the Quran, which has been widely misinterpreted, especially in Urdu translations and commentaries, is ‘zauj’, whose plural is ‘azwaj’. In Arabic this word means “a pair” or “one of a pair”, or “a spouse” (36:36). In Urdu, this word has come to refer to wives only. Sometimes it can also mean “various kinds”, or “variety”. Since ‘zauj’ is also used to refer to the female partner, the wives of the Prophet (PBUH) are referred to as ‘Azwaj-i-Mutaharrat’, or pure companions.

    A sensible definition:
"The Arabic word ‘Hur’ is the plural of both the word ‘Ahwar’ (Masculine) and ‘Hawra’ (Feminine). It literally translates as “white-eyed”, or persons distinguished by ‘Hawar’, signifying the intense whiteness of the white of an eye and intense black of the pupils.
Generally, it has the significance of ‘whiteness’, ‘purity’, or ‘pure beings’. It is not ‘gender specific’ for a male audience as it is more commonly known. A better and correct rendering is ‘companions pure’.”

Our local imam told that Hur is not gender specific and really means "someone with beautiful eyes". So in his Quran translation he wrote that women will also have that kind of person, but without specifying the quantity(both for men and women) . ***** And you got it in this world all the struggle, accomplishment, failure, death, love, hardness and many more. Jannah is the reward for all the thing you suffer and overcome. Jannah is the time where you will feel champion and satisfied with your life. And imagine that it will be lasting reward forever. And it will not be easy to get in the Jannah. It is not enough to do just the trivial thing. You have to basically live in this world with all the bad influence but still with holding the goodness in you and fight against the tyranny of this world. Not only that, you have to do it over and over again until your last breath where to slips badly when you are at the end of your life may cause you losing Jannah overall even with all your previous deeds. If you think this is easy, then I will applaud you for having a great strength and mind to live in this world and hoping that you will also give us Muslim insight on how we face this world.

I just wanted to let you know that you're missing out on multiple hasanat for not only yourself but for others as well. You can gain all of these hasanat by simply adding full honorifics after mentioning the name of an important person in Islam or even Allah subhanahuwata'ala. Here's some more information about this: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_honorifics
Also, it's better that you refrain from using the abbreviation for these honorifics as described in this fatwa: www.aliftaa.jo/Question2En.aspx?QuestionId=3607
Take no more than 5 minutes to read this page and increase your good deeds greatly Insha'Allah subhanahuwata'ala (most people don't add subhanahuwata'ala after using a common phrase like Insha'Allah but I just do it for extra good deeds). May Allah azza wa jal grant you Janat-Al-Firdous-Al-'Ala in the next life without any hisaab and give you ease in all of your affairs in this life. Ameen ya Rabal'alameen

“Thus shall it be. And We shall pair(zawajnahoom: pair them, marry them). Note zawj (lit., “a pair” or - according to the context - “one of a pair”) applies to either of the two sexes,a man to a woman and a woman to a man, as does the transitive verb zawaja, “he paired” or “joined”, i.e., one person with another)[4]them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye."[Chapter (Surah) Ad-Dukhan (The Smoke)(44):54][5]
"And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high: for, behold, We shall have brought them into being in a life renewed, having resurrected them as virgins [Chapter (Surah) Al-Waqi'a (The Event)(56):34-36][6]
And among His wonders is this: He creates for you mates out of your own kind [min anfusikum azwajan, Lit. “from among yourselves mates (spouses, one of the pair)”] so that you might incline towards them, and He engenders love and tenderness between you: in this, behold, there are messages indeed for people who think! ... And He it is who creates [all life] in the first instance, and then brings it forth anew: and most easy is this for Him, since His is the essence of all that is most sublime in the heavens and on earth, and He alone is almighty, truly wise. [Chapter (Surah) Ar-Rum (The Romans)(30):21...27][7]
Houri are female humans (not additional non-human companions (!?!)) as you claim. According to leading tafsir and Muslim scholars. Abu Ubayda said that the recreated women of this life referring to
"We have created [their Companions] of special creation, and made them virgin-pure [and undefiled after their old age in this life] (Qur’an, Surah Al-Waqia(56):35-36)
were mentioned in the previous verse:
"And Hur (fair females) with wide lovely eyes. Like preserved pearls."(Qur'an, Surah Al-Waqia(56):22)
quoted by Ibn Kathir in his Tafsir (Qur'anic Commentary) of Surah Waqia (56), ayah (verse) 35-36[8]
      Artat bin Al-Mundhir said:
"Damrah bin Habib was asked if the Jinns will enter Paradise and he said,`Yes, and they will get married. The Jinns will have Jinn women and the humans will have female humans. ' "
quoted by Ibn Kathir in his Tafsir (Qur'anic Commentary) of Surah Rahman (55), ayah (verse) 56:
"In these [gardens - paradise] will be mates of modest gaze, whom neither man nor invisible being [Jinn] will have touched them then [after they have been created again]."[9]
Female humans and jinn humans, that die and have been resurrected as the males, not additional whatever...companions, humans are humans...is it unclear what a resurrected female human is or a resurrected male human for that matter?
Al-Hasan Al-Basri said that the word houri implies the righteous women among mankind who are rewarded with paradise as related in the Tafsir of Tabari quoted by Muhammad Asad in his tafsir "Message of Quran"[4] concerning the following ayah: Same for males:
Muhammad ibn Jarir al-Tabari mentions that all righteous women, however old and decayed they may have been on earth, will be resurrected as virginal maidens and will, like their male counterparts, remain eternally young in paradise.[4] comparable age who never had sexual intercourse with anyone, whether from mankind or Jinns, before their husbands."[10]
Ibn Kathir says that the houri "are delightful virgins of comparable age who never had sexual intercourse with anyone, whether from mankind or Jinns, before their husbands."[10] by commenting,"in the other life, after they became old in this life, they were brought back while virgin, youthful, being delightfully passionate with their husbands, beautiful, kind and cheerful."[8]
Fakhr al-Din al-Razi comments that the companions of paradise mentioned in Qur'an 44:54 include “[even] those toothless old women of yours whom God will resurrect as new beings”[11] and observes that inasmuch as a person’s eye reflects his soul more clearly than any other part of the human body in Qur'an 52: 20.[4]
These are well known Muslim scholars. If you do not have the slightest idea, go to a library and read about them. I can assure you they are not some made up website mistranslating words.

Islamically women can decide if they want to work or not, help the family financially or not. inheritance is also divided differently in other cultures, in previous centuries, women received nothing as financial support if her husband passed, whereas women receive a portion of his estate Islam. In hinduism, the male receives the dowry not the women, so you see how that puts extra responsibility on females and her family? Beatific vision is the ultimate direct self-communication of God to the individual person and being in the presence with God, this is heaven. not carnal pleasures.
St. Catherine of Siena was permitted by God to see the beauty of a soul in the state of grace. It was so beautiful that she could not look on it; the brightness of that soul dazzled her.
Blessed Raymond, her confessor, asked her to describe to him, as far as she was able, the beauty of the soul she had seen.
St. Catherine thought of the sweet light of that morning, and of the beautiful colors of the rainbow, but that soul was far more beautiful.
She remembered the dazzling beams of the noonday sun, but the light which beamed from that soul was far brighter. She thought of the pure whiteness of the lily and of the fresh snow, but that is only an earthly whiteness. The soul she had seen was bright with the whiteness of Heaven, such as there is not to be found on earth.
”My father,” she answered. “I cannot find anything in this world that can give you the smallest idea of what I have seen. Oh, if you could but see the beauty of a soul in the state of grace, you would sacrifice your life a thousand times for its salvation. I asked the angel who was with me what had made that soul so beautiful, and he answered me, “It is the image and likeness of God in that soul, and the Divine Grace which made it so beautiful.”

They would burn with hatred and jealousy and possessiveness. When Allah Himself has told us we will get ANYTHING we want, that also includes 100 male hurs if that is your wish, all breathtakingly handsome. It´s an easy question. because the answer ist, you´ ll get whatever you desire. Sounds for me more individual than a certain thing. As we are all individuals. All the people who will enter Jannah will get the love and happiness from the inhabitants of it. No matter if the inahbitants are male or female or anything else. The reward is not only for men and vice verca and the inhbitants of Jannah are not only females and vice verca. Rather, Allah will purge those filthy desires (like a woman desiring multiple men) and instead replace them with halal ones. If Jannah was without restrictions, then it'd become degenerate, na'udubillah.

I don’t get why anyone would want in Heaven anything less than God, the One Who is Goodness itself and Beauty and Truth itself. God Who is Love.
We are made by God, for God, and only His presence can truly satisfy us.
The Islamic idea of Heaven fails to see that truth. It’s a projection of a man’s mind.
    We are too easily pleased.
The reality of Who God is, and what it means to dwell in His presence, is something that escapes human imagination.
It is not possible for a man to be satisfied with some “heavenly spouses”.
God made us for Himself, and so our hearts are restless until they rest in Him alone.
May God bless you and help you see the truth of Who He is.

Hoor Al Ayn in the Quran is a plural term which is applicable to both the men and women.
From Dr. Muhammad Asad's Translation of the Quran :
The noun hur - rendered by me as "companions pure" - is a plural of both ahwar (masc.) and hawra' (fem.), either of which describes "a person distinguished by hawar", which latter term primarily denotes "intense whiteness of the eyeballs and lustrous black of the iris" (Qamus). In a more general sense, hawar signifies simply "whiteness" (Asas) or, as a moral qualification, "purity" (cf. Tabari, Razi and Ibn Kathir in their explanations of the term hawariyyun in 3:52 ). Hence, the compound expression hur in signifies, approximately, "pure beings [or, more specifically, companions pure"], most beautiful of eye" (which latter is the meaning of 'in, the plural of a'yan). In his comments on the identical expression in 52:20 , Razi observes that in as much as a person's eye reflects his soul more clearly than any other part of the human body, 'in may be understood as "rich of soul" or "soulful"
From Yahiya Emerick's translation of the Quran:
    🌟 Al Quran (55:56) pg no. 681
These pleasure-mates will be of human form, the most beautiful of women or handsome of men, but they will lack a soul and are created only to please us. There is no question in heaven of fidelity to one’s earthly spouse, as the pleasure-mates are not equal to full human beings, and both males and females get such pleasure-mates. The idea is that all of the carnal delights that are forbidden or restricted on earth are allowed in heaven. (Verse 60 explains why succinctly and elegantly.) The emphasis on bashfulness is to put forward the concept that they will be dedicated solely to the individual to whom they are assigned.

This kept me thinking, what about those women dislike to share their husbands in life but try suppress jealous because its Allah’s rulings and this life is not perfect anyway. And suppose I get married late so in my 30's then for 30 odd years I have been a virgin. Or beyond this, I do not get married at all in my life for some reason and I know that I have to rein in my desires until marriage. Then to the non muslims who have sex from 16 and onwards, and have multiple girlfriends. Then I do not care what u say about the women of paradise. My striving and my willpower to not even masturbate as I know it is a major sin, will be rewarded by being with Hoor Al Ayn (women of jannah who are vastly more beautiful than the most beautiful women of this world). Refrain from Haram is better in the end not for the amount of sex you can have with how many women you want, but for the eternal satisfaction and immortality. I congratulate you and hopefully Allah can keep you on the right path, but also remember something more important than Hoor al ayn, the love of Allah. Latifah muslima Wow, does that mean lesbians get hot girls, and gays get hot guys.
considering that that is what they truly desire?
Plus, what do the tafaseer, and Ahadeeth say regarding this matter, because it is shown clear from the one who understanded the Quran the best(That being Mohammad), that women will be married to their last husband in paradise
      The Hadith:
The Prophet, said: “The woman will be for her last husband in Paradise.” [Al-Albaani].
plus, unless you're a lesbian, all the mentions of sexual partners in the Quran are for men because the mentioned are heavenly "FEMALE" partners with discriptions such as; Kawa'ibu Atraba( Well breasted), with no mention of ripped men, or huge biceps only breasts, un-floured(Virgin) Hoor, as I said that's all uncool, "Unless you're a lesbian".
I don't mean any attack on you, it's just funny how you think that you know better than the founder of the religion, and the scholarly work of Tafseer that has been going on for 1400 years.

Yada'el Bayan i guess you are an akhi and not a ukhti.. so salaam aleikum wr wb akhi and may Allah swt bless u with good health inshAllah.. first i will give u this akhi; Therein you shall have (all) that your inner‑selves desire[ 41:31-32] but i think this can be a very big discussion and different opinions, Allah swt have put the logic in u and what seems logical for u maybe doesnt seem logical for me, homoseksuality is not a part of islam so i dont wanna say my opinion on that, because i havent researched the subject because its not related to me. i can find numerous of pages if u search what do women get in jannah, also here on youtube where imams have mentioned, i have heard many imams mention this subject and akhi i wouldnt speak if i didnt have a person that are more in islam than me to say it for me, but when Allah swt says u get everything u desire in jannah ,u only think its for u?? or the things u think its okay for a woman to have in jannah? i can understand if u feel jealousy its a part of being a human, but in jannah its not... my own desire is to stay with my husband in jannah.. but if i want i still have the right to have 99 husbands if i want to,because Allah swt promised me i get everything what i desire in jannah, what is so different between u and me when we go to jannah? if it was so why should i strive to go to jannah if there was a difference in what its allowed what u get and what i get?? but in your opinion i get everything i want and desire just not men??? when u get hoors and i get 1??? no matter if its jewelry, men, houses and so on... akhi please just think openminded...the rights of islam is not only for men but also for women. and akhi plz dont say that im against what our loved prophet said, i would never do that astafiruAllah.. but i only explain what Allah swt promised me.but i think we should end this discussion here, we have different opinions and who is right or wrong we will see in jannah inshallah... so if i am wrong may Allah swt forgive me...

Actually, it makes me turn away from Islam though I know that there is no other truth besides this. It just kills my feith when I listen to men talking about themselves, themselves, themselves. It's like we are worth nothing. Why did Allah created a woman? Just to be used by men? Why is Allah giving women feelings and torturing them so much? Narrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas:
Ibn Umar misunderstood (the Qur'anic verse, "So come to your tilth however you will")--may Allah forgive him. The fact is that this clan of the Ansar, who were idolaters, lived in the company of the Jews who were the people of the Book. They (the Ansar) accepted their superiority over themselves in respect of knowledge, and they followed most of their actions. The people of the Book (i.e. the Jews) used to have intercourse with their women on one side alone (i.e. lying on their backs). This was the most concealing position for (the vagina of) the women. This clan of the Ansar adopted this practice from them. But this tribe of the Quraysh used to uncover their women completely, and seek pleasure with them from in front and behind and laying them on their backs.
When the muhajirun (the immigrants) came to Medina, a man married a woman of the Ansar. He began to do the same kind of action with her, but she disliked it, and said to him: We were approached on one side (i.e. lying on the back); do it so, otherwise keep away from me. This matter of theirs spread widely, and it reached the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ).
So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Qur'anic verse: "Your wives are a tilth to you, so come to your tilth however you will," i.e. from in front, from behind or lying on the back. But this verse meant the place of the delivery of the child, i.e. the vagina.

Life is a test let’s be concerned with the present while we are still here. Obviously we have little knowledge but the fact that the truth has been revealed is sufficient. Good and evil are opposites and it’s very clear.
We can make our own decisions using our own intellect. Think highly of ALLAH. HE is the most merciful. At the end of the day we will face Judgement and no one will stand on your spot. Who said you are going to paradise? You can be a kufar at the time of your death for example.
Remember your Lord and thank HIM and do your best for GOD knows your potential..
Being concerned about trivial matters about what you will get after is petty. If you have a bond with ALLAH you have everything now and of course you want to be closer to HIM apart from that, it’s not your concern.
    ALLAH knows best.

but chastity is not merely about keeeping your eyes low and resisting your hormones, chastity is much more, if we only ask god and pray we can be helped to untwist the lustful way we might be looking at someone and by the help of god we can start to see their beauty as the manifestation of God’s glory instead of a tool for the satisfaction of our perverted pulsions. Does that make sense? I never heard of this being talked of in islam, it’s always about deprivation. But in fact God doesn’t invite us to deprivation, he invites us to grow in holiness through his mercy. It therefore makes no sense to me that one who gets to heaven would then be invited to rejoice in what is here sin: lust. Heaven is the completion of what god wants for us : holiness.

just ask WHY, WHEN, WHERE,WHO,WHAT and HOW at every point in religion and do not settle till you get genuine, rational and satisfying answers. Be true to yourself while doing assessment of these answers...And you will find that the religion will die and crumble to dust in no time. Do not believe anything blindly. Accept only the Truth and do not settle for any belief system...Those who can make you believe in ABSURDITIES can also make you commit ATROCITIES. Let the Truth be the Authority and not the Authority be the Truth. Be a SEEKER instead of being a BELIEVER.

Assalamualaikum. I hope you guys are doing well. I have a question for you the one with wisdom. It’s mentioned in Quran that a man will get 72 hoor ul ayn and so as to create some kind of reason to believe in Islam and to have patience until the day of qiyamah, so that he refrain himself from all kinds of wrongdoings and sins. I want to ask that what if a man has the best of the best woman as his wife in this world then why would he expect a better wife in jannah. Even when the Islam says be just with your wife and love her like you love yourself and what not then why would Allah tell us that there’s something better for you in Jannah when he has already given me the best in this world. Isn’t it some kind of a dishonesty to your wives. Please spread some light on it.

Women of purity for men of purity" has no bearing on the fact that the "companions" are terminologically feminine, as women according to the Quran enjoin their husbands in "paradise", the latter additionally receiving the feminine "companions". Islamic polygamy supports this conclusion, and refutes your weak argument thoroughly.
Selectively deeming Hadiths as "weak" or "strong" is used as a tactic to "justify" anything.
"Thus shall it be.
Fakhr al-Din al-Razi comments that the companions of paradise mentioned in Qur'an 44:54 include “[even] those toothless old women of yours whom God will resurrect as new beings”[11] and observes that inasmuch as a person’s eye reflects his soul more clearly than any other part of the human body in Qur'an 52: 20.[4]
Narrated 'Aisha: Allah's Apostle said, "The people will be gathered barefooted, naked, and uncircumcised." I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Will the men and the women look at each other?" He said, "The situation will be too hard for them to pay attention to that." (Sahih Bukhari, Book 76, Hadith 34)

First of all, Islam is a sex positive religion. Lust is not a sin or something bad. It’s a feeling created by Allah, just like hunger is a feeling. It’s what you do with those feelings, that’s where Islam sets boundaries.
Life is a test, right? And in Paradise you can do anything you want, right? In other words: Boundaries in this life, no boundaries in the next.
If Allah made women a great trial for men, then why is it bad if men get women in Paradise? I don’t see the contradiction?
Descriptions of hoor are of great source of comfort and motivation for the striving believing men, or else why would they be in Quran? Think about it.

Dude I was thinking the same thing. Scripture says “No man has seen, heard, or thought what God has prepared to those who love Him.” The Islamic heaven is all carnal pleasures. The Christian Heaven is not. We will get new bodies according to scripture “when the corruptible puts on incorruptible”.
Heaven is a place of “no mores.” There will be no more tears, no more pain, and no more sorrow (Revelation 21:4). There will be no more separation, because death will be conquered (Revelation 20:6). The best thing about heaven is the presence of our Lord and Savior (1 John 3:2). We will be face to face with the Lamb of God who loved us and sacrificed Himself so that we can enjoy His presence in heaven for eternity.

But I agree Nouman should have just said I don’t know or women would most likely get *handsome* and *beautiful* husbands in Jannah. Either from their own husbands from the dunya will be beautified for them in Jannah or Allah will provide women virgin *gorgeous* husbands.

I would advise you to steer clear from most videos oriented towards women and their rewards in jannah. Allah the almighty say in HIS book everyone who enters heaven will get what they desire. Why has Allah not mentioned something specific for women is anybody’s guess but I imagine what Nouman said is true to an extent even if the experiment he conducted was towards teenagers. Women generally don’t want the same thing, some don’t want to be married at all, some want one man and others more. In several verses, Allah mentioned that those who do good whether it’s from men or women will enter paradise and get what their heart desires and what they ask for. Rest assured, that Allah is the Just and Fair, he will never give us less than men. Ignore the uneducated person who replied to you and don’t let the devil trick you into thinking you won’t get equal rewards. As a matter of fact, perhaps this is a test from Allah in a way, to not mention specifically what we will get as I see many women felt wronged or discouraged to seek the right path because of it. Allah created women, we did not choose to be women, why would he hold that against us? I’m sure Satan is pretty happy seeing all these women be turned off because 99% of all Muslim scholars only mention things that have to do with their own kind. I will say this again, may Allah punish those people who intentionally don’t be fair in their interpretations in hellfire and be punished for every single woman that was turned away from Islam or felt discouraged to do proper worship.

In Hinduism a husband is not supposed to leave his wife even if she is bad or she has committed adultery. He is supposed to help her turn the life around and make life better. A husband is not supposed to disrespect or physically abuse his wife. A husband should never feel superior to his wife.. There are many more.. But today's India, they forgot their values..all because of Moghul invasions

@@dahlia700 not really.. if you look at Islam preachings.. the husbands are required to discipline their wives verbally.. or by even beating their wives.. non-islamic women are considered as slaves or women who are meant for men to enjoy.. thats why when arab invasions happened, they raped Indian women, captured them and converted them.. Not every islamic nation follows this.. but there are also many that consider this legit.. at least whoever invaded India followed this and spread this ideology in India.

Stop the lies. Hindu people used to practice sati. Where women would be burned alive when their husbands died. It was still practiced until the British came and had to stop it.
