Very good tutorial. Thanks very much. I have 2 issues with the product at the moment. The bluetooth connection seems to permanently timeout. In the 2 days I've had it, connection was only successful twice. The other problem is coming out of the app because there doesn't seem to be an exit option. I can only achieve that by turning the phone off but maybe I have not discovered how to do that because I'm fairly new to a smartphone.

What's setting was on the gambal when you was walking around that the footage was smooth I just bought it and wanted to know?
Very nice video with clear explanation, I've Samsung M31S Android weighing 194 grams and will it be compatible with this gimbal and it's app. I'm looking for a quality product for sometime. Will you recommend it?
I've only used it with an iPhone, so can't say for sure how well it works with Android phones.

Sir, I am very appreciate your instruction and edit your video same as a professiona director. It’s 100% great helpful for me but I am frustrate about this gimbal is not able to lock the body stand as you moving the phone without moving its bracket. I think all smart x pro have this problem, right?

yes you can do the flash ligh shot with that gimble you just have to use the right mode

@@Indo432 Unfortunately, this gimbal does not appear to support a true 'flashlight' shot due to it's limitation on the controllable tilt axis (only 76 degrees)
thanks for making this video. Question - at 5.39 are you centering your phone in the clamp? If so, is this required to get the gimbal to work correctly?
My iphone was not completely centered because the clamp would have interfered with the smartphone's volume controls, so it was mounted slightly off-center, BUT it did not seem to effect the performance of the gimbal at all.

While there is button to record, how do you take photos?
The "record' button also is a shutter release for still photos, just scroll on your iphone from 'video' to 'photo' then when you push the red button the iphone snaps a photo (the same way the iphone works without a gimbal).

@@spartanadam3935 That is not an AA battery, It's actually bigger than an AA battery. It's the rechargeable 3200mAh Lithium battery that is replaceable.

It uses a 18650 battery rated at 3.6V, and 3200mAh. This one is manufactured by DLG Electronics Technology.

I think that would have to be a feature on your phone, not the gimbal. Most new phones probably do support face tracking.

But how do u get it to follow u when live-streaming?
It does not ‘follow’ you. There is no auto tracking feature. You have to hold it and point it at whatever you want the lens to see.
how to lock the side handle?
It just snaps into place.
Mine is spinning without control I can’t balance, I think it came with problems

Well intended but sometimes you don't show what are you pressing.
I show the button at 8:30. It's the main operating button that cycles through all the 'modes' and there is another close-up shot of the mode button being operated at 10:47. Basically, you just hit this mode button every time you want to change the gimbal orientation mode.
Update.. the app do not work properly...after a month...

The walking footage is horrendous .. Im wondering if its the gimbal or you.... I think its probably you.
Tha gimbal works well, so no doubt it’s just me and my clumsy feet!
