And beyond that, as her producer and an adult, he had the responsibility of protecting her and effectively being a guardian when her parents weren't around. And he fully took advantage of that. She talks about drug usage and is clearly intoxicated in those livestreams, and he's totally fine with that.

He definitely had been grooming her since she was a teenager, but I'd imagine she feels some sort of dependency on him, possibly exacerbated by the fact he COULD be supplying her the drugs she's clearly on. Now that's a whole different claim within itself but it would explain why he was as concerned as he was with her livestreams. And yes his tone is consistent with a sober person assisting an intoxicated person out, but the fact he is not nearly as whacked out as her is rather alarming especially considering all the other context around it.
She will probably realize what's going on here when she's older, and maybe then we'll see some justice in some way. Right now, she has her right to choose to be with this man even if the relationship has some VERY questionable aspects, but hopefully she will realize how fucked up this is somewhere down the line. And of course, hopefully nothing absolutely horrible happens to her. I am however concerned about how many times this producer has pulled this stunt.

This a year old, and she is doing better now: She must of gotten out this relationship and she was dating someone else by the name of Ryan Bowsers, he committed suicide early this year which is sad. But overall she seems to be doing very well and from the looks of things she plans on making more music. I know it has been over a year, but I think it would be nice to update you on Lia. I am simply a fan who follows her on social media, but I am very glad to say she's not with Wetherbee anymore and she seems to be in a safer position. She had a boyfriend who supported her and gave her a new beginning, but he sadly passed away. She posts about him and how she misses him, it is very obvious how much of a positive impact having him was to her life. Beyond her boyfriend, she is releasing music again and showing signs of being happier and healthier.

Speaking from a personal experience I knew a girl my age (21) who started sleeping with an older man and he gave her “coke” but it turned out to be meth and she ended up strung tf out like this. Thankfully she got rehab but that could be the case here. She’s dependent on him now cause she’s addicted to whatever he got her hooked on. As long as he’s providing it she’s not leaving.
That’s a scary thought but the more I think about it, the more it really does explain everything. Messed up doesn’t even begin to describe it. I’m happy your friend got out and got help. I hope the same can happen in this situation

Making them harder to get just makes the price go up but not the demand. The reason alcohol is so big today is not because it's legal in most countries but because of the history the human population have with it. If cocaine, meth and heroin were just as widely consumed( or at all for that matter) there would be just as much usage and abuse. Also don't take my word for it. EDIT: So I found out that she's doing a lot better now. 2020 has been particularly hard on her but she's healing and recovering. She created a new instagram account and is uploading photos every now and again. She also teased that she has new music coming out. I'm very relieved to say that our girl, Lia, is doing much better now.

This really hit me hard. For women who have been in this situation, you know exactly what I’m talking about and exactly how this feels. My heart was breaking for her and my anger seething for him. What a disgusting man and for young girls to think they’re only worthy of their careers or worth anything because of what Steven did for them absolutely disgusts me. He likely started feeding her drugs and alcohol at a young age which makes their dependence on him even stronger. It’s that type of man that is the least likely to ever live up to what he could be…a good man.
Thankfully she is in a way better state than she was in this video, or at least that’s what the comments around here are saying.
