Honestly, even though I don't like addison, this one is definitely the interviewer's fault. If so, I think that they’re INCREDIBLY unprofessional and immature. Your job is to interview people, regardless of who they are, and if you as grown women can’t put aside your hatred for a girl (that’s probably half your age) to do your job, I don’t think you should have it .🤷♀️

Kinda feel bad for her after watching this. You can tell she’s a really sweet and polite girl. Just seems to be kind of awkward, cringe/corny, doesn’t know where she fits into the Hollywood scene just yet so she’s trying her hardest to fit in. At least the girl isn’t evil and doesn’t influence bad things like some of these other IG/tiktok “influencers”. So unprofessional to make her and her boyfriend feel so uncomfortable. You can feel the judgement coming off of both interviewers. It’s your job to interview, no matter if you are fond of that person or not. On top of that, she’s a very young woman. It’s so disheartening to see 2 women (clearly) older than her judge another young woman and not even attempt to calm her nerves when the girl she said was nervous. Help a girl out! Those 2 women are not girls’ girl. 💯 I for sure would have walked off w my bf so kudos to her.
