I think that binding 13 and keeping 13 need to be in one reading vlog because the end of the first one was so sad and it was a cliffhanger

Omg I love when you do these massive book hauls! I’m currently on a book buying ban so was seeing all of the books I want to buy from the works.
i was doing this when i was on my ban and at the end i was just sooo jealous of everyone who got to buy something immediately after it came iut
I recommmend reading The Assassin's Blade first, you get so much more connected to the story and the main character, and you understand why she is behaving the way she is behaving in the first two-three books. Also, TAB ends in the same place that TOG begins, just a year earlier, and if you're like me and don't want to jump back in time just when things are getting interesting at the end of Crown Of Midnight, I highly suggest reading it first! Everyone has different opinions, and SJM herself has said to read it in whichever order you want, she did originally say to read it first as well, and then her opinion changed later on, but you do get spoiled for things that happen in TAB, if you read TOG and COM first, so I stand by my suggestion and recommendation, read The Assassin's Blade first 🥰 oh and please also do a vlog of you reading the series, maybe even with spoiler sections, I would love to get your truthful opinion of every book😆

I recently finished Binding 13 and LOVED it and currently reading Keeping 13 and yes, I had to IMMEDIATELY read after Binding 13 ended in cliff hanger
I've read the first 4 Detective Erika Foster books by Robert Bryndza... I have really enjoyed them all... They used to be really cheap on Kindle several years ago when I read them 🤷🏻♂

Basically the assassins blade, which is a collection of novellas, takes place before throne of glass, so some people say to read it first and chronologically. Recently, SJM herself put out her preferred reading order to read it after crown of midnight. From my understanding, it’s because you’re not really supposed to know that stuff about celeana until after Crown of midnight, like she’s purposely hiding that from us, the readers, and the other characters. I personally agree with SJM to read it after crown of midnight.

Honestly everyone has different opinions on The Assassins Blade. I read it before Throne of Glass and I'm so happy I did because I immediately felt connected with the main character because of it and it gave background context to certain things you see happening in the other books. Because of that it made more sense to me than if I wouldn't have read TAS first (and some things are emotional, like if you miss the context behind it then it has no impact in my opinion). Honestly scared to post this comment because I have been attacked before because of my opinion to read TAS first😅
that makes a lot of sense, i might do it this way too bc i feel like it’s sooo important to be connected and i wouldn’t want to miss anything important just bc i didn’t see the impact!

Honestly, I've done some damage recently aswel,went to Amsterdam, and bought 12 books (I was on a budget🥲) even though my TBR was at like 180 books. I regret nothing 😂. En Omg ik ben maar halvewege de video en ik wil jouw boekenkast stelen. It seems like you have so many good books, and I just want to raid it.
I am currently reading king of sloth and it is already so good and i am only 20% in! This is one of my favourite series! Also, as someone who lives in the UK i can definitely say the UK is so lucky with book prices 🥰🤍
