    Ippudu city ki ravadam valla naa generation (me and my wife) and next generation (kids) andaru city ki migrate avvalsi vastondi...
    Only office lo manager ki roju face chupinchadam kosam 2 hrs traffic lo time waste chesukuni vellina akkada kuda adey pani.
    Edo oka generation ee city migration ni break cheyyakapothe, ee rat race ki andaram bali avvali.
    Nenu pani chese industry ki work from home possibility vundi, ala ani all industries ki kudaradu, veelainantha takkuva people city lo vuntey appudu pollution and resources anni balanced ga vuntai, that's what my point, even tier2 cities like karimnagar, warangal, khammam, vijayawada, visakapatnam, tirupati are also improving in terms of health and education infrastructure.
    Already houses purchase chesina vallaku hyderabad lo undaka tappadu kaani.. Kothaga purchase cheyyali anukune IT employees matram okasari aalochistey better...
    I'm not against Hyderabad, it's a good place for affordable living and health infrastructure...My opinion is subjective...

      People became wise because this video also tells that even though they buy Rs.3 crore apartment the owner should pay monthly maintenance fee extra for lifetime and hence people are wise to spit on the maintenance fee as they decided to buy their own land to build their own house so that they cannot pay any extra maintenance fee.

    There are some comments here that builders haven't paid bribed NTV, however i agree with this NTV coverage, iam from AP and living in bangalore from past 7 years, i agree that Bangalore still has lot of affordabel flat in the range of 30 to 40 lakhs.....i lived in Hyderabad during 2008 to 2013 period, flats were very affordable that time in upcoming areas like Miyapur, KPHB, West Hyd, Nizampet etc....during recent visits when i checked prices i was surprised to find that it is very hard to find a budget flat in the range of 40lakhs...may be they are but very far off places...

      That’s called inflation based on the demand… In late 70’s people who could not afford a plot or home in the city came to what was called Jubilee Hills where land was available at cheap rates.
