There are some comments here that builders haven't paid bribed NTV, however i agree with this NTV coverage, iam from AP and living in bangalore from past 7 years, i agree that Bangalore still has lot of affordabel flat in the range of 30 to 40 lakhs.....i lived in Hyderabad during 2008 to 2013 period, flats were very affordable that time in upcoming areas like Miyapur, KPHB, West Hyd, Nizampet etc....during recent visits when i checked prices i was surprised to find that it is very hard to find a budget flat in the range of 40lakhs...may be they are but very far off places...
